How I calculate damaged pixels and assess damaged area in agricultural land aftermath of a cyclone or flood disaster using satellite image data?
I want to calculate damaged area over the agricultural land using Landsat-8 or Sentinel-2A image data. Is it possible? if possible, please give your appropriate suggestions to assess damaged type area (e.g., undamaged, slightly damaged, moderately damaged, very damaged, extremely damaged or destroyed etc.) in agricultural land.

Dear sir, Please try to calculate some vegetation indices (e.g., NDVI, PVI, NDWI, RGVI, LSWI etc). From these VIs you can understand damage condition in pixels of your study area. Thank you. Best regards.

The world population is expected to increase to 10 billion by the year 2050 and all these mouths must be fed with a planet that currently feeds 7 billion. The FAO has calculated that this can only be achieved through new scientific breakthroughs. Global agriculture production must increase by 70% to fulfill the increasing population's dietary requirements (Poveda, 2021). In addition, only 23% of the global agricultural land is available to produce crops for human consumption since 77 % of the global agricultural is used for animal feed production or grazing. (Hannah Ritchie and Max Roser, 2013). It has mainly to do with our current consumption pattern in which meat Is considered an essential part of the diet. 23% of the global agricultural land used for crop production supplies 83% of the global calories and 63% of the global proteins but 77% of the global agricultural land that is used for raising livestock contributes to 18% of the global calory supply and 37% of the global protein supply (Hannah Ritchie and Max Roser, 2013). The meat production can be lowered by producing more plant proteins or shifting to an alternative animal protein source like using insects as food and feed etc.,
