Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang entrepreneur berbasis islam dan pengenalan akuntansi syariah bagi kelompok usaha genteng dan bata merah di Lingkungan Bawak Gunung Desa Dasan Geres Kecamatan Gerung. Tujuan di lakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan serta bekal keterampilan bagi kelompok usaha genteng dan bata merah di lingkungan Bawak Gunung desa Dasan Geres kecamatan Gerung mengenai entrepreneur berbasis islam dan pengenalan akuntansi syariah. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang entrepreneur berbasis islam dan pengenalan akuntansi syariah bagi kelompok usaha genteng dan bata merah di Lingkungan Bawak Gunung Desa Dasan Geres Kecamatan Gerung meningkatkan pengetahuan pengurus dan pentingnya dalam pengenalan akuntansi syariah kepada entrepreneur. Indikator keberhasilan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tingkat kehadiran peserta pengabdian yang sangat tinggi, animo yang besar untuk mengikuti kegiatan, tanya jawab yang aktif serta interaksi dua arah yang baik antara tim pengabdian dan peserta selama proses diskusi berlangsung. Beberapa hal yang masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaannya akan ditingkatkan pada kegiatan mendatang, yaitu praktik dalam pencatatan pembukuan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan syariah dalam kewirausahaan.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style (X), Work Motivation (Z) on Performance (Y) in SMKN 1 Lingsar Teachers. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used census method. The population and respondents in the study were 88 teachers. The analysis tool used is path analysis using the SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance. (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. (4) the role of work motivation positively and significantly mediates the influence of leadership style on performance in SMKN 1 Lingsar teachers.


Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment in Harapan Keluarga Hospital Employees: The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and Psychological Ownership

This study intends to investigate the impact of spiritual leadership on organisational environmental citizenship behaviour using self-efficacy and psychological ownership as mediators. This sort of study employs quantitative research techniques and a causal associative strategy. A simple random sampling procedure was used to choose the sample, consisting of 136 responses from 205 employees at the Harapan Keluarga Mataram Hospital in Lombok – data analysis using the SEM-PLS method and SMART PLS software. The findings of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, Self-efficacy, and Psychological Ownership. In contrast, Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Ownership has an insignificant positive impact. Additionally, Self-efficacy can mediate the beneficial effects of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Ownership cannot do so. Management must adopt spiritual leadership to motivate their staff to be more environmentally friendly on a discretionary basis to help the environment and the organisation's budget.

Innovative work behavior can result in constructive conflict, innovation success, and a positive work attitude. Also there is an increase in performance, compatibility between demands and work abilities, job satisfaction, employee welfare, better interpersonal relationships, and increased personal growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work engagement on innovative work behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 65 samples. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office. The work environment is able to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of employees of the Information Communication and Statistics Office of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara, while others say that the work environment has not been able to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement towards innovative work behavior of employees of the Office of Information Communication and Statistics of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. The purpose of this study was to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of presentation of financial statements and the effect of accessibility of financial reports on financial management accountability with women's leadership and organizational commitment as moderating variables. The population of this research is the management of IKABOGA organizations throughout the island of Lombok with a total of 60 respondents. Collecting data using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire. By using the census method, all populations become respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis) method with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results show that the presentation of financial statements has a positive and significant effect on financial management accountability. The accessibility of financial reports has a positive and insignificant effect on financial management accountability. Women's leadership does not strengthen the influence of financial report presentation on financial report accountability. Women's leadership does not strengthen the influence of financial report accessibility on financial report accountability. Organizational commitment does not strengthen the influence of financial report presentation on financial management accountability. Organizational commitment does not strengthen the influence of financial report accessibility on financial management accountability. Innovative work behavior plays a crucial role in creating and implementing valuable ideas for an organization. Leadership and organizational climate have a significant impact on supporting such behavior through support, facilitating creative thinking, providing resources, encouraging a culture of experimentation and learning, and setting an example of innovative behavior. The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, (2) the influence of organizational climate on innovative work behavior, (3) the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, (4) the influence of organizational climate on work motivation, (5) the influence of work motivation on innovative work behavior, (6) the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through work motivation, and (7) the influence of organizational climate on innovative work behavior through work motivation. This study employs a quantitative associative method involving 132 employees as research participants. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. The research findings indicate that (1) transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on innovative work behavior, (2) organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior, (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, (4) organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior, (6) transformational leadership has a significant influence on innovative work behavior through work motivation, and (7) organizational climate has a significant influence on innovative work behavior through work motivation.

This study aims to analyse and test the significance of the influence of Organizational Climate on Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Learning Behavior, the significance of the influence of Organizational Learning Behavior on Innovative Work Behavior and the significance of the influence of Organizational Climate on Innovative Work Behavior with intervening Organizational Learning Behavior on employees of the Industry Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This type of research is associative with a form of causal relationship. The data collection method used is the census method with a respondent population of 105 employees. The questionnaire return rate reached 93.33% or a total of 98 questionnaires. This research uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with SmartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Climate has a significant positive effect on Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Learning Behavior, Organizational Learning Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Learning Behavior can be a positive mediation of 36.7% between Organizational Climate and Innovative Work Behavior.

Pemberdayaan UMKM pada kelompok kerajinan batok kelapa adalah proses di mana para pengerajin diberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan keterampilan untuk hidup mandiri serta memiliki waktu usaha yang panjang. Tujuan di lakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan serta bekal keterampilan bagi pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Kerajinan Batok Kelapa Desa Pemenang Barat Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan yang tepat digunakan dan pengembangan wirausaha. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pembuatan jurnal, buku besar, neraca saldo dan laporan keuangan berikut proses sosialisasi dan pendampingan pengembangan wirausaha pada Kelompok Kerajinan Batok Kelapa. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kemampuan dan keterampilan baru kepada pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Kerajinan Batok Kelapa, sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian para pengurus dan anggota Pengrajin batok kelapa. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini akan ditujukan pada pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Kerajinan Batok Kelapa Desa Pemenang Barat Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara. The purpose of the study was to examine and find empirical evidence regarding the effect of human resource creativity, environmental uncertainty, and the use of information technology on online learning systems, and the effect of online learning systems on the performance of private universities. The research was conducted at private universities throughout Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The total population in this study is 26 private universities, where each university will make 2 people as samples. So that the sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents. The data analysis method used is the PLS-SEM method. The results of the study stated that the creativity of human resources and the use of information technology had a positive effect on the online learning system. Meanwhile, environmental uncertainty has no effect on the online learning system. Furthermore, the online learning system has a positive effect on the performance of private universities. Menjadikan Desa Sukarara sebagai Desa wisata yang unggul dan berkelanjutan, tentunya menjadi tanggung jawab berbagai pihak terkait, terutama partisipasi dari masyarakat lokal. Oleh karena itu masyarakat setempat harus disadarkan atas potensi yang dimiliki sehingga muncul rasa ikut memiliki terhadap beraneka sumber daya alam dan budaya sebagai aset pembangunan pariwisata. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait konsep desa wisata, Pariwisata berkelanjutan, dan identifikasi pengembangan produk wisata yang ditawarkan sebagai pendukung desa wisata. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pendampingan, serta diskusi secara intensif. Respon peserta yang positif serta dukungan dari peserta dan aparat pemerintah mengindikasikan pemahaman dan keinginan yang kuat dari peserta pengabdian untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam mengembangkan berbagai produk yang ditawarkan Desa Wisata Sukarara.
