Introduction
Dr. Protik Basu is a faculty in Operations Management with Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, India. He is a graduate engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He followed it with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India. He later obtained his Ph.D in Industrial Engineering and Management. He worked in various managerial capacities in engineering multi-national companies and had associated himself with quite a few leading B-schools.
