Introduction
Improving ecosystem services, which have received less attention due to various political and governmental issues in Afghanistan, is a gap for policymakers and planners at regional and national levels. Importantly, there is no practice of Nature-based solution (NBS) throughout the country, however, this study will explore similar concepts or slightly close to the NBS throughout the city of Kabul where the impact of NBS on local climate is significant.
