Introduction
Prof Molotsi as an Educational Technologist acquired a better understanding of ODeL by registering for a Master of Distance Education and E-Learning at University Maryland University College (UMUC) in 2018. She showed her consistent academic excellence when she contributed by writing a book Chapter in a book titled ‘’ The Use of ICT in Teaching and Learning’’ published by Oxford in 2018. Prof Molotsi displays a sound understanding of research and scholarly activities by reviewing articles.
