What is a better replacement for the AD630 modulator/demodulator chip?

Hello everybody,
Is there a better replacement for the AD630 modulator/demodulator chip? I am trying to demodulate a 500khz modulated signal and the ad630 is to slow for it. The Opa678 looks like a suitable replacement but it is obsolete and can't find any where to buy it. Does anybody know of a better replacement that would work from 100k onwards?

I think replacement or equivalence of integrated circuit chips are better found in datasheets. You can search for the datasheet on net and check for replacement or compatible alternatives from the same manufactureror another

Scientific Reports charges USD 1,790 to publish an article.
Since 24 March 2015, biology papers submitted to the journal could be fast-tracked (that is, a review in around 3 weeks) with an additional payment of USD 750 (at that time).
It is clear that commercial interests are important.
Might one ask if this is a predatory journal?

I simulated a CMOS design in 45 nm technology by varying the temperature. The power and delay is affected by temperature. why it happens? what is the reason behind it.

the STATCOM has 4 PI controllers:
i) one PI for ac voltage regulation
ii) one PI for dc voltage regulation
iii) two PI for d and q axis current controllers.
If the MATLAB PID-tune tool is used for tuning of PI controllers, all the PI controllers cannot be tuned simulataneously. Even if 1 PI controller is tuned to give desired response, while tuning of other PI controller, the response of the first PI controller is affected.  
Tuning using trial and error method also doesnt work.
What are he other ways of tuning these PI controllers? Can any algorithm be used for tuning all the controllers?

Description of the project : Renewable energy is on the rise all over the world. The biggest challenge in doing so, would be, i m y opinion the grid stability. If we talk about photovoltaic Integration in the exsisting grid, the control guidlines are very strict in regards to Active and Reactive Power control (Frequncy and Voltage of the grid).
Power plant controllers (PPC) help integration of solar farms to the medium and high voltage levels. These PPC's are usually a PI controller which in most cases in manually tuned.
I'm trying to automate this process with some kind of online tuning method for the PI controller.
Needs suggestions for Self-Tuning Algorithoms that would get the optimal values for Kp Ki for the controller with a step test (as most of the Grid operaters allow it during commisioning of the project).
Books, research papers and sort of links would be appriicated. Just point me in the right direction
