How to connect Newport's Keithley SMU to perovskite solar cell to measure efficiency?

I have 4 crocodile clip wires, if I'm not mistaken 2 wires (red) connect to anode and the other 2 black wires connect to cathode. Both pairs of wires are plugged at the back of the SMU. Problem arises when my sample showed inconsistency in power conversion efficiency when measure them multiple times. Is there any precaution is should take note of when using the newport solar simulator? How should I connect the 2 red and black wires to my perovskite solar cell? Thank you.

Dear Soo,
welcome.
The SMU applies consatnt terminal voltage on the solar cell where in the solar cell mode its positive terminal must be connected to the anode while the negative terminal is connected to the cathode. There is an internal ammeter connected in series with the source voltage in the SMU. So the instrument can be be used to measure the I-V curve of the solar cell or the solar panel.
As for the wiring diagram you can refer to the manual of the instrument. For the connection please refer to the data sheet in the link: file:///C:/Users/Dell/Downloads/SMU_AppsOverview_SolarCells.pdf
