Under the background of big data, all walks of life have carried out in-depth informatization construction. As an important part of national education, the informatization construction of universities cannot be ignored. In recent years, the state has promulgated various policies and regulations, which provide a guarantee for the normal development of school physical education and can improve the current situation of college students’ declining physical health to a certain extent. This study attempts to set some specific indicators to promote the better implementation of college sports so that it can supervise and inspect them from all aspects during the actual development of college sports and provide a standard for measuring the implementation effect of college sports. Based on the RF (Random Forest) algorithm, this paper puts forward an evaluation algorithm of students’ sports achievements, which can be used to predict students’ sports achievements and at the same time, find out the factors that affect students’ learning and rank them in importance. The results show that the confidence level of sports effect evaluation by this method is high, and the average confidence level is above 0.96. Conclusion. This method has improved the effect of sports effect evaluation, thus effectively guiding sports skills training and improving sports skills.

In order to explore how the marine economy can realize the new growth point of economic development, this study puts forward a research method based on the internal mechanism and path of the new growth point of marine economic development. This method recommends key technical problems and solutions based on the research method of the internal mechanism and path of developing new growth points, amphibious science that further integrates, ecological, and socialized theory and application and explores the internal mechanism and path of how the marine economy realizes the new growth points of economic development. In order to reduce the carbon emissions of cold chain logistics and promote the construction of ecological civilization, a logistics distribution path optimization model with the minimum total cost as the objective function under the carbon tax system was proposed. The model comprehensively considers the technical advantages of the Internet of things and the characteristics of cold chain logistics; introduces soft time window, customer satisfaction, and carbon emissions as the main constraint conditions; uses the improved genetic algorithm to solve the mathematical model; uses Matlab to encode; and shows the effectiveness and rationality of the model and algorithm through examples. The experimental results show that: The total cost is 9917.12 yuan, customer satisfaction is 97.07%, carbon emission is 161.06 kg, carbon tax is 5.64 yuan/ton, fixed cost is 600 yuan, transportation cost is 72.72 yuan, refrigeration cost is 8811.73 yuan, cargo damage cost is 427.03 yuan, penalty cost is 0 yuan, The validity of the algorithm and the rationality of the model are verified. When enterprises add a carbon tax constraint, the total cost of cold chain distribution is reduced, and the carbon emission is reduced compared with that without carbon tax. The research can provide a reference for enterprise cold chain logistics distribution decisions.

In order to solve the problem of traditional Chinese painting image color processing technology, meet the needs of digital museum construction, make up for the vacancy of color processing technology in traditional Chinese painting, and improve people’s understanding of traditional Chinese painting. Through the analysis of the experiment, the experimental equipment adopts Epson v940 scanner, the color depth is 24 bit true color, and the scanning accuracy is 1200dpi. The main simulation methods of Chinese painting are systematically and deeply studied, from which the characteristics of Chinese painting are analyzed. Through a large number of formula analysis, it is found that the application of computer image processing technology in Chinese painting is very successful, which promotes the development of the digital museum and improves people’s understanding and liking of Chinese painting.

The Chinese sports industry encompasses both the secondary and tertiary sectors of the country’s economy. More prominent are the issues of unbalanced industrial structure development, mismatch between supply and demand, and rapid expansion of the sports goods manufacturing industry. This paper first employs the literature method to investigate the dynamic mechanism and promotion strategy of China’s sports industry’s green development. In order to improve the accuracy of data mining and quantitative analysis in the sports industry, this paper proposes a time series-based model for the analysis of sports industry data. Utilizing the global steady-state feature fusion method, the statistical and quantitative fusion analysis method, and the fuzzy analytical control method, accurate mining of sports industry data is achieved. The simulation results demonstrate that this method has greater precision and a higher degree of feature matching for sports industry data mining, thereby reducing the disturbance error of sports industry data mining.

College students are the pillars of the country’s future construction, shouldering the historical mission of building the motherland and rejuvenating the nation, forming a good habit of scientific exercise during school, and laying a good physical condition for social work in the future. When their life is more closely related to sports, they will have higher and more specific requirements for the use of sports. In college students’ sports cognition, the main influencing factors are to improve athletes’ competitive level. The most direct and effective way is to strengthen training. China’s DM technology is the concentrated expression of multidisciplinary knowledge, and the scope of technology is also relatively wide. At this stage, China’s DM technology adopts many extremely intuitive expressions to convey the beauty of technology. For example, the tree structure is a special expression of DM technology. This article studies the influencing factors of college students’ sports cognition based on data mining (DM) technology. What is more related to China’s DM technology is the unique regularization of the influencing factors of college students’ sports cognition. To a large extent, this trend is the data standard of China’s sports industry. It can be seen that China’s DM industry also has the characteristics of diversification. Internet of things (IoT) se smatra motorom rasta industrijske revolucije 4.0. Kombinacija IoT, računarstva u oblaku i odgoja konja može doprineti dobrobiti konja i njihovim vlasnicima. Sa visoko tehnološkim senzorima i ultra široko pojasnim impulsnim radarima, IoT menja način brige o konjima. Navedeni uređaji sa omogućenim IoT su dostupni za upotrebu u štalama, prikolicama za konje, pašnjacima i kod konja u treningu, za praćenje i zaštitu konja. Ovaj rad pruža pregled primene IoT u scenarijima zdravstvene zaštite, ishrane i pri jahanju konja. Na kraju je predstavljena diskusija o postojećim pitanjima i otvorenim izazovima i mogućim budućim dometima u primeni IoT u konjičkoj industriji.

Coal is a prominent energy resource for several countries. Of late, exploring the automatic management and control of coal mining has been a significant task. This article presents a framework for a mine-wide integrated automation management and control platform with the goal of advancing coal mining through unified data, models, platforms, and plans. Utilizing cutting-edge technologies, the platform offers resource management, real-time monitoring, remote control, statistical analysis, and intelligent alarm systems. Data access design ensures standardized data collection and exchange, fostering interoperability. A big data storage center manages heterogeneous data sources. The platform interface design emphasizes flexibility and scalability through containerized applications and microservices frameworks, streamlining deployment. The functional design encompasses subsystem configuration access, real-time monitoring, remote access, etc. A detailed evaluation is presented to demonstrate the significance of the proposed platform in terms of functionality, performance, and scalability.
