Primary Health Care (PHC) is an essential health care that should be made universally accessible, affordable, and acceptable to individuals, communities, and countries, but there is shortage of medical expertise and good medical services for people in many primary healthcare centers of sub-Saharan Africa countries. Many of these countries spend a lot to overcome these challenges with little success. There is also a rural-urban migration problem, which leaves the rural areas with little or no medical expertise, and high response time for diagnosis and treatment of patients, to mention but few. The purpose of this work is to develop a framework for the diagnosis of common ailment in primary health care centers, with the aim of assisting in the diagnosis process that will be reliable. The framework uses Rule-Base approach to enhance accurate diagnosis and quick response. The proposed framework operation will be based on logic inference guided by the constituents of the database and the knowledge base of the system.

Environment where live many unused items that could be used, but with the lack of knowledge of a person, they consider the goods are not useful. Unwitting that by utilizing unused items that could support the spare time and earn extra income by selling these crafts. The purpose of this study is to develop BBVPhone application, which is utilizing electronic media as a medium of learning videos to learn to make handicrafts from unused goods and as a comparison that to gain knowledge skills do not have to follow a certain course. The method that use to develop the BBVPhone is combining forward chaining and backward chaining method. Another contribution of by optimizing the composition of materials and video tutorials for the purposes of making handicrafts according to the results. Information Systems. Most developing countries like Nigeria are facing health care challenges caused by inadequate medical personnel, shortage of modern medical equipment and the dearth of modern hospitals in the rural, leading to high mortality rate especially in these rural areas. Statistics have revealed the high number of smartphones in different parts of Nigeria. Hence, a mobile based system could serve as a solution to these problems. Some researchers in this area of study tried to develop different stand-alone and web-based medical diagnostics systems using different approaches, in order to provide easy and fast access to diagnose and provide medical advices. In this paper, a rule based mobile expert system was designed and implemented to proffer diagnosis and medical advices to ten (10) common diseases that are prevalent in Nigeria. The mobile system was implemented on Android operating system technology which is the one the most common mobile operating system in Nigeria presently. The system was evaluated with some users and the results of the evaluation carried out on the system emphasizes its usefulness as an efficient decision support tool in the diagnosis and medical provisioning of the common health problems in Nigeria with a very high success rate from prospective users.

This prototype interface has been designed by keeping an eye on previously designed medical diagnose expert systems. The focus of this designed prototype interface is chronic diseases of remote areas due to which people mostly get suffered. So, in order to design that prototype Firstly, collect some data by some medical expert. Secondly, make a database by using SQL Lite. Thirdly, Interaction with the people is through user-friendly interfaces developed using Visual Studio 2010. Data elicited for the isolation, identification of symptoms and possible recommendations on susceptibility patterns makes the knowledge base which was modeled into frames at the different levels of the decision trees and using the "IF-THEN" production rules, quick deductions are made. This software makes inferences on the base of provided symptoms and gives the output in the form of the disease. Furthermore, click on the disease and its medicines, tests, and precautions, it will display on their alternative panel.
