Honestly speaking, if you want to get a validated questionnaire, you must have a good control over past literatures. You may also follow some guidlines to make your questionnaire more valid

1. Do pretest

2. Do pilot test (It is totally different from pretest)

3. You may run EFA to check the poor factor loading (less than .6) and delete those items.

4. Again prepare the questionnaire with those items which confirm good loaded factors.

5. Distribute the questionnaire to get your expected data.

6. Now, run individual CFA and check your data.

what I have done is linking my objectives to the survey development. By matching each set of questions with one objective. Then start to refine your question to ensure that questions are going to measure exactly what you want. Also you can use https://www.surveymonkey.com/ to create your survey

Generally most of the journals specified this matter in the home page and usually have not any problem in case of review articles, but in other cases the journals mentioned that you should first submit a proposal to the editor then follow up further considerations!

I think blockchain is a technology to maximize the decentralization of the storage of a critical dataset or a transaction log in order to eliminate the chance of building information monopoly or increase the chance of availability for long run. Thus, if you are looking for potential fields of application you shoult out this question: is there any business critical data or log which is worth to save this way or which is source of business dependency by another organization?

Opposing to my learned colleagus, I have seen initial versions of some applications of blockchain e.g. in security, but - and perhaps it is my shortage - at this moment I cannot imagine any valid application scenario for the machine tool industry.

I do not think that customer service, by itself, can give you the blue ocean competitive environment, but it should be one of the many factors that are part of the strategy.  Strong customer service can minimize the motivation of your customers to seek alternative solutions.

Step 1 : Go to Admin or HR and ask permission to distribute this questionnaire among IT - Employee. After permission granted refer to IT- Manager and distribute your questionnaire.

Step 2: Bring some souvenirs to distribute along with the questionnaire .... (Inform the Admin or HR in advance that i will also give some souvenir or a little token of appreciation).

I don't see any reason why content analysis on websites would be different from working with other kinds of textual data. One thing that matters in any kind off content analysis is whether you use a deductive approach (based on a pre-existing coding system) or an inductive approach (based on developing the codes from the data themselves).
