I would appreciate if anyone could suggest a bestiary that presents classic monsters, such as vampires, witches (as evil - or not - mythical creatures), arachnids monsters etc., and/or mythical creatures from different cultures, times and religions, as well as from Literature and pop culture. It must have scientific backing or, at least, be consolidated.
Thank you in advance!

For historical research, I use Michel Pastoureau, Bestiaires du Moyen Âge. Paris: Seuil, 2011. For a more present-day iconic perspective, I call Caspar Henderson, The Book of Barely Imagined Beings: A 21st Century Bestiary. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2013.

Many of us are now using cameratrapping all over the forests, for many purposes. Most of time, we all collect (I guess) an extraordinary amount of informations what are out of our scopes. But what could be usefull for someone somewhere ... Related to my experience in French Guiana, I'm thinking about a Monodelphis making a nest, a 45 min long sequence of 8 bushdogs bathing, grooming, a vampire "running" after a Priodontes, a baby Myrmecophaga digging with his mother .. among many others, all sleeping in computers.
Is there any webplatform that could allow to share those "moments of cryptic life" ? A journal where we could depose such thousands of anecdotal behaviors ?
Maybe something to propose, create ?
Suggestions and comments welcome !

Yes, Benoit de Thoisy . I think iNaturalist is the right place for what you are looking for. Check this:
I have also thousand of mammals and birds photo captures in Northern Quebec region. We should share all these to increase field observations. If not, they would disappear in our computers and that's a real shame.

I too endorse the view of Dr. Jean - Jacques Itzhak Martinez in this regard.

Answer
I would say no, due to the fact that exosymbiont live on the body surface and not inside gut. Logically your argument might make sense, but we need to also consider the fact that, in spite of diet, there are also complex interactions between the gut microbiome and the physiology of bat. Thus, I would never call them as exosymbiont.

We can see how, in the last 20 years or so, some traditional horror myths are changing their essential features. Perhaps, the best example is the vampire, who is becoming a sympatethic figure.

There's a growing literature on vampires as literary and cultural phenomena. Try these:
  • Susannah Clements, The Vampire Defanged: How the Embodiment of Evil Became a Romantic Hero
  • Tim Kane, The Changing Vampire of Film and Television: A Critical Study of the Growth of a Genre
  • Tomislav Longinovic, Vampires Over the Ages: A Cultural Analysis of Scientific, Literary, and Cinematic Representations
  • Abigail Burnham Bloom, The Literary Monster on Film (section 5 is on Dracula/vampires)
There are also studies and collections of essays on particular vampire stories and series. Besides "Dracula," for instance, there are these books dealing with Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series:
  • Clarke and Osborn, eds., The Twilight Mystique
  • Peake and Wilson, eds., Theorizing Twilight
  • Click et. al., Bitten by Twilight
  • Natalie Wilson, Seduced by Twilight
  • Clayton and Harman, eds., Screening Twilight
I would assume there are similar studies of Anne Rice's stories, the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and others. Try searching those titles under the categor "Books" on Amazon.com.
