The length of my comment should not be taken as minimizing this topic. I have an interest in Systems Thinking, and Models and Simulations which all use or are related to storytelling. I have been working on a project with Dr. Traci Jungkurth on Visualization and Text Analysis you might want to see. It is only partially completed, and  can be accessed through my profile. I feel storytelling is one of the most relevant topics in my work and other fields.. I encourage you to download (or read online) Beyond Connecting the Dots. It's the second file below. The first does not work. I hope it helps. The other links in my project might also help.

I have considered Positive Psychology, Locus of Control, Self Efficacy, Self-fulfilling prophecy, Self-help literature and Philosophy. So I would specifically like to know if there is research in regards to focussing on abundance, gratitude, focussing behaviours and thoughts upon what you want to attract, mentalisation, meditation and mindfulness. Or if there are any arguments against this idea.

Any individual for any action of our life we have to take recourse to a mind & brain . Initially for our thinking shape of action & why carrying out our action it is likely that we may not experienced exerted line of action . In such cases we cannot afford to remain in the contemplative mood .For this we must move towards a positive line of thinking with our concentration & contemplation our mind reacts with the spirit of positive energy action.
With this our positive attitude we can certainly accept the challenge of our life action .For our positive we must have a faith ,determination , & will power & working with said tune of our action we can solve the solution of our problems & action

When i interviewed over 100 previously unconscious patients, several of them when physically moved during their unconscious state, increased their awareness of their environment.  They momentarily could hear and understand what was being said.  Looking for a physiological explanation for how movement increases awareness beyond just body position sense.

Answer
I don't have references to offer, but it seems to me that the A & P are straightforward. I would hypothesize, based on stress theory, that the anatomy is the operation of the nerves in providing sensory stimulation. The physiology is the propagation of neural signals into the CNS. While awareness is always present, it can be hidden by any of a variety of stresses stored in the nervous system. Body movement, indeed any sensations in the body, can temporarily 'break through' the obscuring of consciousness caused by stresses. Note: a summary of stress theory is at www.nsrusa.org/about-stress.php .
