Fertilizers play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of plants. However, low nutrient use efficiencies of conventional fertilizers (CFs) associated with several losses have led to widespread multi-nutrient deficiencies in the soil and lower productivity.
Dear Researcher,
Kindly share valuable knowledge on Nano-fertilizers and Neem-coated urea in the field of Agriculture.
What is the difference between the Mechanism of nutrient uptake through plants?
What is the role/ effect of the surface area of Nano-fertilizers and Neem-coated urea during the uptake process?
Thanking you.

Hi
Currently, I am working on a research in the field of management of technology. I am going to create a conceptual model based on literature and interviews with experts - qualitative part of the research. Then, I am going to validate my findings with a quantitative survey.
My question is that how should I design my research? And are there any samples or information that can help me?
Thanks
Masoud
I am interested in researching into development and technology management can you please assist me with some research topics? thanks
Hi
I am searching about different pitfalls technology - in the context of technology management - may have. I would be thankful if you can help me.

When we talk about precision agriculture and variable rate technology, the management zone sampling of soil is considered to be most useful.
However, it is very tricky to divide soils into different zones instead of Grid sampling.
What should we consider for such zonning?
Can EC be helpful for that?
Any other ideas?
I am reading a book named "Solid Waste Technology & Management". In chapter 9 simplified flow chart of four environmental plant is illustrated with these information respectively which I need to find their information:
1.mechanical processing plant at Ennigerloh, Germany
2-mechanical processing plant at Neuss, Germany
3-mechanical biological stabilization plant, MBS Dresden, Germany
4-mechanical biological pretreatment plant with aerobic degradation, MBP Crobern, Germany
I attached the figures of these four plants.
Does anyone knows about these environmental plants?
Thanks in advance.
Doing a project on Web 3.0 and just wondering how businesses will possibly use the new technologies?
I would like to start a study focusing on the relationships between technologies and products developed by a company.
Dear all,
The recent literature has stressed on the relevant role that technology acquisition is of foremost importance to sustain internal innovation activities, which is in line with the open innovation paradigm. In detail, I refer to firms that buy external technologies.
However, I was wondering if and why companies are engaged in continuous technology acquisition. In other words, many companies have acquired at least one external solution. But, to what extent they continue to rely on technology acquisition after they have tried it for the first time? Do you have statistics saying something like "firms tend to acquire only one (or few) technology" or, conversely, "firms usually tend to continue to acquire technologies after that they have acquired the first one"?
I am studying the inclination of companies to associate a new trademark (TM) with the commercialization of radical innovations.
Do you know examples of companies that decided to apply (or not apply) for a TM to commercialize a radical innovation (eg., a new product)?
I am asking this because, on the one hand, firms may improve appropriability over the radical product thanks to the TM. But, on the other hand, a firm may have an existing TM, so choosing to use it to commercialize the product since that brand is already known among customers while the product is distant from their existing values. What do you think about?
Hi guys,
I am looking for some nice reference papers that have applied the marker variable technique to detect possible method bias. I am not looking for papers where the technique is theoretically explained; I am rather looking for papers where they actually applied and described it. Would help me a lot!!!!
Thank you for your wisdom ;)

Can someone recommend me with any suitable instrument that i can use to measure actual system usage seem it very limited to have a reference in the area. Most that I can find referred to a prediction stage/model. i.e.. TAM, UTAUT
There is minimal research surrounding technology in education outside of the K-12 arena. I am currently doing some preliminary research on the impact of policy surrounding technology for faculty in tertiary education. I am interested in the variation of institutional policy, job retention, and job satisfaction.
I am looking especially for papers which deal with the issue of technological resources in the firm (technological specialization or technological diversification). I am less interested in the interfirm perspective and the economics perspective of technological resources.
Thank you for your suggestions!!!
Best,
René
How can we study customer satisfaction using fuzzy cognitive maps? How can I devise a questionnaire for that.
I am a company with a guaranteed market. My customers will be satisfied meeting their minimum requirements. I am miles away from the state of art technologies. Should I follow TI?
I'm planning to introduce this concept for my working group (actual team size: 25).
Fields of application:
60% technology management data centre (SAN & Virtualisation),
20% development of new IT services,
10% help desk for customers,
10% pure research work.
Key point: trade-off between efforts (for introducing these concepts for the entire group) and benefits regarding process optimization & working efficiency.
I'm looking for both positive AND negative feedback.
I am attempting to measure if a company introduces a product based on its own inventions using trademark data. In other words, I aim to assess if a firm that has patented technologies in the green energy field has also introduced products embedding them, as represented by its trademarks registered after the application of its patents.
What do you think about? Do you have examples of this kind of firm behavior?
Does anybody have academic papers on e-wallet systems? I am currently working on my master's thesis and my chosen project area happens to be "how to improve security in the e-wallet system". I have searched online for academic papers on the topic but being a relatively new technology that has not yet been adopted widely, it has been a bit difficult getting my hands on useful papers. Any one that can be of help should do so kindly. Merci...
Measuring innovation is cristal clear when a patent, an utility model, a plant variety or a new trade mark is developed by researchers. However, when social or institutional innovations are developed, or technology transfer is done with peasants or small farmers, innovation is very difficult to measure.
Time-to-market and time-to-quality is a real dilemma for electronic industries. In this critical scenario how important is test technology?
I would be greatful if someone could give ideas on the most important issues regarding the dynamics of an ecosystem of innovation in developing countries.
I need to calcute a variable taking into accont the age of a Technology Class. Following Shane (2001), it can be measured as the number of years since the
three-digit patent class was established by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Is there a document that contain the year when each US class has been established?
I read some innovation methods in technology, but in management, I think there are some also.
I have been studying innovation and I can't understand what is the difference between these topics.
Open innovation is a lot talked about area these days and its quite evident that most big firms have open innovation strategies. I have not found sufficient literature on what methods and tools do firms deploy and how do they decide on it.
Management science deals with day to day technology management problems. This deals with a wide range of themes such as inculcating the need to boost and promote love for science, creative minds and innovation, ability to communicate scientifically etc.
Managing these innovation networks by adopting a network approach can lead to effective coordination, understanding, communication efficiency and innovation outcomes.
What are the main challenges in the commercialization of a product?
Is it better to sell a successful idea or the product itself?
