Questions related to Suffering
I am in the preliminary stages of gathering literature. I have found much on the nexus between long covid and memory loss, brain fog, etc., and use of AR/VR as a teaching tool. Looking for existing literature exploring all three of these criteria: long covid, memory loss, and AR/VR. Specific examples pertaining to remembering job skills would be especially helpful.
Currently, we are conducting a research about the level of student's mathematics anxiety and their coping strategies. In line with this, we performed a diagnostic test to determine the students who are suffering from moderate-severe math anxiety, but we can't move forward because we don't know how we can measure the individual score of the respondents. We already administered the 30-item MARS, we just need to know the scoring process and the range that is used in determining the individual's math anxiety level.
Europeans are keen on AI, to be launched internationally, as it is a vast and high exhilaratory IT advancement, indeed it is praise worthy, for a such excellent pioneering brought to function-able, However, while the same is a highest risking venture, it is a production to human to be incapacitating, income-less, inactive: slow, lazy, and vast majority people in Asia and Africa will be disadvantage, prone to mistreated to violations.
I presumed UK will not agree yet, I am surprisingly glad to see USA refuged to sign the agreement of international declaration on AI Paris Summit.
I am not totally against AI, in fact I congratulate the such advancement, for I believe its functional limitations must be applied to prevent negative impact. Whereas, rather AI is certainly needed and is useful in nuclear Power plants, waste management etc.,.

Personal interviews: where a meeting is scheduled between the counselor and the beneficiary to discuss the psychological, social, and practical problems that the beneficiary is suffering from.
2. Individual online sessions: where individual sessions are conducted in chat rooms that allow the beneficiary and the counselor to communicate in real time.
3. Telephone calls: where the beneficiary can contact the counselor by phone to talk to him about his psychological problems.
4. Group sessions: where people suffering from the same problem are brought together to talk and exchange opinions and advice.
The bodies organizing psychological counseling and guidance must provide appropriate conditions and privacy for the sessions to ensure freedom of expression and the privacy of the beneficiaries. Counselors must also follow the rules of ethics and act with precision and respect for the beneficiaries and their problems.

Dear BARTŁOMIEJ KIZIELEWICZ, ANDRII SHEKHOVTSOV, JAKUB WIĘCKOWSKI, JAROSŁAW WĄTRÓBSKI, and WOJCIECH SAŁABUN
I read your paper:
The Compromise-COMET method for identifying an adaptive multi-criteria decision model
My comments
1-In the abstract you say “which identifies the adaptive decision mode based on many normalization techniques and finds a compromise solution”
And how do you find a unique compromise solution by comparing rankings from several methods?
Are you looking for a composite ranking? But even if you get one what is it good for? The fact that you got a composite reranking is of no use, because you do not know which is the real ranking.
2 – Page 3 “Effective resource utilization is paramount to prevent irreversible environmental damage”
There is no doubt that resources are paramount, but not only for environmental damage. They are fundamental for any resource be it money, people, water, fuel, etc. Unfortunately, maybe 99% of the more than 200 MCDM methods consider that resources are infinite, and thus, they are not contemplated. The exception is PROMETHEE and Lineal Programming (LP).
3- Page 3 “management, and mitigating negative impacts .This underscores the relevance of MCDA methods,
which can facilitate selecting optimal decisions that align with”
sustainability goals.
Only sustainably goals? In reality, in real projects, all criteria are goals, and consequently, they must have a target.
4 - “adaptive compromise method for decision modeling”.
And what is it? You do not explain, at least what it means.
5- “Existing methods so far are susceptible to the rank-reversal paradox”
As per my research on RR it is not a paradox, but a natural and at random geometrical occurencre. As a fact since you are always working with the same number of alternatives or dimensions, to talk about RR appears irrelevant, since you are not adding or deleting alternatives. Normalization only may change the order or position of alternatives, and this is not related to RR, since dimensions are preserved.
6- “While current approaches offer discrete ratings and compromise rankings for a fixed set of alternatives, they falter when evaluating new alternatives”
Naturally, because by adding or deleting alternatives you are mapping data in a space of say 2 dimensions or alternatives, in another of 3 dimensions.
This means that in the 2D all feasible solutions of the problems are contained in a planar polygon. When you pass to 3D, the polygon becomes a polyhedron. Therefore, if in the polygon you find for instance that A2 >A1, this ranking may or not be preserved in 3D.
It is easy to see this in its geometrical constructions, and thus, the act of adding an alternative, delivers more information that could alter the original ranking, , in the same way that a cube provides more information than a and expanded rectangle.
Of course, you could not accept my theory, and in this case, I would be interesting to know yours, that is, why adding a new alternative may produce RR
7- “Each previous evaluation set or alternative requires recalibration”
What is a recalibration? Do you mean to run again the software?
8- “The paper presents the C-COMET method, offering a unique approach to establish adaptive decision models, impervious to the Rank Reversal Paradox”
Were you able to prove this assertion?
9- “method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, which is based on mathematical modeling of the relative importance of criteria and alternatives”
I am puzzled, since how can you consider a right mathematical modelling using AHP when the resulting initial matrix is FORCED to be transitive, irrelevant of what the DM estimates?
10- “Therefore mentioned authors proposed a new MCDM approach free of the Rank Reversal Paradox for a safer and more reliable decision”
Interesting, and how this can be done? I do not know what method these authors proposed; if in reality it works, at present it will be largely known. In my opinion, this is impossible, because violates the geometrical principles of working with multi dimensional spaces. By the way, I can prove mathematically and with examples what I say regarding RR
11- “Sequential Interactive Model for Urban Systems (SIMUS)”
I am afraid that this is not exact. SIMUS suffers from RR as any other method, if it weren’t, my RR theory would be invalid, however, due to its algebraic structure, it that does not compare alternatives, but selects them using the economics concept of Opportunity Cost and ranks criteria in each iteration, through a ratio analysis, and it could be the reason for its resistance to RR, as I have demonstrated using examples and in 66 combinations of adding and deleting, as shown in my book published in 2019 and also in its second edition in 2024
Recently, in an actual work I consider a case starting with 2D and adding a new one up to 10D.The results clearly shows that sometimes the invariance of the ranking is preserved for several dimensions, while in others it changes adding only an additional dimension. Why the randomness? Because it depends on the values of the new vector inputted and its interactions with the existing vectors. For this reason, nobody can say that a new alternative is better or worse that those existing.
As a fact, in my actual example, as new alternatives or dimensions are added, the rankings tend to be decreasing in length and at the very end, in 10D there is only one alternative. The reason could be that as we increase the alternatives, the next one incorporates the values of the precedent, as a cube also contains the information from the precedent square. In addition, it appears that the more the dimensions the larger the am amount of information, which is lineal. However, adding only one more alternative, the feasible solutions space be very very complex, and it could be that in 10D it is not possible to determine the coordinates in 10 dimensions due to the complexity of the polytopes.
As a bottom line, I am not saying that my theory on RR can explain everything, but I understand that it helps to understand the RR issue.
12- In page 6 you say MEREC or Entropy, meaning that both address the same issue. I disagree.
MEREC works removing one criterion at a time and then restoring it and using the next. The procedure is attractive, but in reality, in a set of say 9 criteria, the method is applied to nine different problems, because in each one are considered only 8 criteria instead of nine in the original problem. And thus, in each run the software will work on 9 different scenarios
These are some of my comments. I hope they can help.
I am willing to share with anybody my findings

what the mean of close-ended polyhedron?
Greetings, on this International festive day, today.
Climate change is prominent issue, let’s leave the arguement about whether global warming or is it cooling, the issue is changing atmosphere’s effects on the biosphere, cryosphere, lithosphere and hydrosphere already made drastic turn and causing suffering. The suffering here we are talking about isn’t only manmade war, here we have natural disasters. The climatic change is obvious and before our eyes. To deal with climatic change or be able to deal with climate we must seek solutions.
We need worlds leaders certainly to stand affirmed and sort solutions, mitigation and adaptations. There are many solutions sourghted. Our experts the science and tech professionals are supportive and have come up with technical advancement methods. I have written in other chapters: Physicists have been looking for better functioning and improved methods for nuclear power. Mitigation and adaptation policies already thought about.
There is need for Actions.
But still we are indirectly or directly doing the pollution. Please discuss for more awareness
After all, arrest werrent has been Issues with War Crime Conviction. However, the suffering of the victims and the death of their loved ones was not prevented.
Heartbreaking, such suffering continued and we watched on.
Surely we could and still can take better action for better and fairer world.
I attached my last book on Israel - Palestine solution I proposed.

Jack London made a lasting and valuable contribution to 20th-century American literature. One of his iconic novels, Martin Eden, is a brilliant exploration of self-discovery, the search for meaning, joy, and fame. The work raises issues of social inequalities, the everyday challenges of the 19th-century working class, and the moral suffering associated with disillusionment. The main character, Martin Eden, is dedicated to achieving great success through his writing, knowing that it requires tremendous effort, perseverance, and a never-give-up mindset. He also offers another perspective on success in the reflection: "If you want to be successful, you must have friends; if you want to be more successful, you should have enemies."
I would like to discuss: what is your perspective on this quote?
A young lady 27 yrs old from Bangladesh, suffering from this skin condition from her early childhood manifested by discrete blackish spot extended over the back of her neck. No itching or pain. Recently patient diagnosed as a patient of ASD.
How did the dinosaurs disappear? Will humans become extinct like dinosaurs?
We all know that according to the opinions and the works that have been found in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico and the works that have been found in the cave-like holes in the Hanubian America, which is the region of Colombia and Argentina, and which are also shown in the form of a documentary film, 650 million years ago, that Dinosaurs lived either more or less due to the impact of a metallic and stone meteorite, which was about 15 km wide, and due to the impact of this meteorite and its impact on the earth's atmosphere, it became a meteorite and rain The meteorite in the earth's atmosphere has rapidly heated the earth's atmosphere and has confused and agitated the entire atmosphere of the earth and caused the warming of the earth's atmosphere and the inside of the earth, and as a result, the forests of tropical regions have suffered terrible fires, which has caused Dinosaurs escaped from tropical areas and fled to high areas, and then we see dinosaur fossils found in mountainous and high areas. And it seems that they died due to hunger and thirst.
And this issue is related to the current situation on the planet, because now humans are suffering from global warming and all countries are suffering from a lack of water resources, it can be related to the actions of humans themselves. ; Because humans themselves have become the basis for greenhouse gases in the earth's atmosphere by producing fossil and polluted gases, and like the same meteorite that killed the dinosaurs due to the warming of the earth's atmosphere; The dinosaurs escaped and went to the mountainous areas with good climate, but they died due to hunger, dehydration and thirst and disappeared. Humans are also affected by the phenomena of greenhouse gases and fossil energy and the burning of oil, diesel and derivatives, which have caused the destruction of the healthy atmosphere of the planet, and every year due to the intense heating of the sun, the solar activity increases every year. Slow and increasing greenhouse gases produced by humans; Whether it is the way of planting and harvesting in agriculture or in animal husbandry with the production of beef and veal, which produce the most greenhouse gases, and the production of smoke-emitting and polluting machines has destroyed the planet and maybe we Humans will be destroyed like dinosaurs, and it should be noted that the process that humans have taken for themselves in every country to increase greenhouse gases, especially industrialized countries such as the United States and China, which do not care about increasing greenhouse gases. They don't give, and now in our own country, like Iran and neighboring countries, they don't attach importance to the increase of this gas. The nature and atmosphere of the earth, the radiation of the sun, the long wave of the sun, and the warming of the earth are no joke with any country, and all human beings should know that the entire earth is in the same compartment, and no country can be exempted, and we are all dependent on each other. No matter where the forest fire is, it damages the entire planet. So the last word is, be careful, humans, like dinosaurs, don't disappear like dinosaurs because of ignorance and ignorance. If we reach the critical stages of global warming, then it will be too late and we will regret the past. And alas, it is of no use.
I have been going through some ideas that seem to suggest a serious notion that there are some individuated identities in the afterlife. Although I take it serious at times, but I have some problems with this notion because although this notion covers the issue of heaven and hell existence, it however undermines; (a) reincarnation (except one has to accept the change of identity upon decision to come back), (b) the idea of all suffering ending at death (because as 1 person one must be subject to same kind of issues that cause suffering), (c) the idea of falling into nothingness at death which is common in Budhism, and (d) the idea of two personality traits of existence in the afterlife ie that of heavenly saints and hell twigs to burn forever. Perhaps I need some religious fellows to have a deep talk with me
Blessed regards

Ultracentrifugation is the most widely used method for isolating extracellular vesicles (EVs), despite the significant structural damage that EVs suffer during the process.
Of course I sometimes doubt the afterlife is eternal salvation for all, so, I live and deduce what it might be...
Many organizations are soliciting contributions to enable them to feed children who are starving around the world. What are some other ways scientists can help to alleviate the suffering of people who do not have food to eat? Is this increasing problem a sign of the failure of social scientists to work together to help solve this world crisis? Please see this LINK: https://www.theworldcounts.com/populations/world/births
When God sends me difficulties to deal with, my philosophy and faith should be the worse possibility for me is death and after I finally die, I get eternal salvation, because that philosophy is the most parsimonious.
I am looking at two methods only and considering the benefits to the person and the problem.
Revenge: this can be and usually is cathartic. Negative feelings about yourself and the world recede as you have taken action. You do not suffer a sense of victimhood, which may affect your view of yourself, internalising anger and creating self-harm and depression.
Forgiveness: this is passive. By forgiving the other person you resolve the negative effects in yourself and deal with the negative effects towards others. But.....
.....in the first you have not only dealt with the problem but also the repetition of problems. Nevertheless, employing say violence encourages violence, even if that violence is not directed against you. In the second you will likely or possibly remain the victim of further violence. In both instances forgiveness is possible but this works in different ways according to the action taken.
In some research methodology books, it is mentioned that spiritual problems are not research problem. Is it true? The questions raised in Gautam Buddha's mind are not good research questions? The achievement of 'Nirvana', 'end of desire is the end of sufferings' are not outcome of his research? Doing penance is not his procedure of research?
There are many societies, especially African countries, that suffer from ethnic and racial diversity, and this has caused a crisis in political stability as a result of the conflict between the ethnicities over governance. Therefore, some of those ethnicities sought to secede and entered into civil wars, which was reflected in the economy of those countries.
Hello, Academics are considered the highest rung of the social ladder because they have a better ability to understand and know the nature of things in life. They are more knowledgeable and therefore more philosophical and have a higher status. They, in turn, are responsible for people's misery. There is no need for me to recount the details of our miserable lives. It is enough to read what Dostoyevsky expressed in his novels: Who is responsible for the concerns of billions of souls who suffer at all times? Who is responsible for addressing the misery that exists in the world, whether societies or individuals? Knowing that we find that the number of academics in the world may exceed one hundred million people, can they change the global system if they unite and work according to a scientific and rational approach to managing the world?
The great philosophers, thinkers, and scientists who preceded us were individuals, and their circle of acquaintances was very narrow, but they shone and sacrificed precious and precious things in order for the human path to continue, and to leave us with the message that there is a solution. To free man from his pain, as Plato did in his Republic.
Isn’t it better for us to unite and call from this platform for a revolution of benevolent, progressive and humanitarian academics? Isn't this better than artificial intelligence revolutionizing us in the coming years? There is no choice. To escape the dangers that threaten our planet and the world, barring something like this, should academics pay attention to the reality of how badly humanity is suffering from poverty, unemployment, climate change, and the dangers of artificial intelligence and war? Isn't it time for them to unite and feel responsible for the comprehensive humanitarian issues that have exhausted the world? Under the umbrella of the United Nations, the world becomes one nation filled with peace and prosperity.
Millions are now suffering with high inflation and high life cost which makes life more difficuilt, who blames?,and how we face all these treated?

Why was and is Dionysus so appealing?
Dionysus may have been so appealing because "he was the only half human of the Olympian Gods"(paraphrased from Ducksters ). He was the only Olympian God to be half mortal. In his cult people would "do psychedelics to attempt to become gods"(paraphrased from Muraresku 2021). As everyone knows, life is not fair and full of underserved suffering. "According to Nietzsche, Dionysus's religion offered a great cope to suffering"( paraphrased from Weaver Santaniello 2007). Thus , both Apollo(Brittanica 2023) and Dionysus(Brittanica 2023). are needed and generally the former is better for civilization yet the latter offers cope to suffering.

Most of the people are suffering from more or less mental distress and depression in the present difficult times. Many times our mental pain turns into physical pain. A large part of various pains in the body is due to mental pain, mental poison and mental stress.
Many a times, we are unable to get well even after various treatments to get rid of physical pain due to not understanding this fact.
If it is seen that the pain of the body is also increasing when the mental turmoil increases, then it must be understood that the pain and suffering of the mind has manifested as the pain and suffering of the body.
Among these physical ailments, one of them is abdominal pain and problems. When the pain of the mind manifests in the form of abdominal pain or inflammation with various problems, it is called IBS. Irritative bowel syndrome.
The only way to get rid of IBS is to repair the damage to the body and treat the inflammation as well as eliminate the cause of stress and emotional distress, or treat the mind.

Did abstract concepts occur to our earliest ancestors before they started communicating them? That seems very likely. Yet, did we start counting before developing complex languages, or did we start talking after we started counting?
In other words, did human semiosis precede counting and primitive arithmetic, or did language evolve because of counting and numbers?
Naturally, this conundrum prompts another question, why or how did human communication and complex thought begin at all? Regardless, the mystery of why only some apes (not all of them) became humans will probably remain mysterious.
Of course, the many environmental challenges and physiological adaptations that favored human family culture, successful child-rearing, and positive emotional bonding must be considered essentials. However, some researchers now consider the possibility that biochemical factors, especially ingestion of psychedelic and neuro-adaptive fungii (etc.), may have been critical keys to the inception of uniquely human neurological development and psychosocial evolution.
That seems very likely. After all, even some non-psychotropic fungii and plant compounds are now known to promote growth of new neuronal networks. Compelling experiments with mice show truly the powerful neurogenesis after treatment with psylocibin. Interestingly, the behavior of the mice changed in favor of eliminating the effects of trauma and habitual fear. In other words, even mice prefer happy enjoyment more than suffering.
So, if brain-enhancing fungii help mice improve their lives, is it reasonable to assume that our earliest hominid ancestors were less motivated to improve their lives?
Now, the most important question may be: why do so many modern humans seem to prefer maintaining causes of suffering and habitual fear? On the other hand, it seems more important to ask: how can we rescue ourselves and our habitat (if possible)?
I look forward to your insights, etc. ~ M

Respected medical doctors, researches, and medical experienced specialists,
I need your advice in a severe case of post-vac syndrome: A young lady (22 year, sportive before onset of the symptoms) in our neighborhood suffers from severe pos-vac syndrome after Covid vaccination. She cannot stand up and meanwhile is no longer able to swallow. Her parents need to feed her with liquid nutrition (they need to take care on her 24 h a day). Symptoms are: arthritis, MS-like symptoms, tachycardia, fatigue, extreme pain all over the body as well as unbearable headache. The disease progresses in waves deteriorating her health more and more. Up to now no treatment could ease the symptoms. It was proven that she never had a Covid infection and her syndrome is officially acknowledged as vaccine damage.
In case you have experience in treatment of the post-vac syndrome, if you know cases where the disease was successfully treated, or if you have any advice or suggestion please let me know. Thank you very much in advance!
With best regards

Suicide and Death Penalty, fatal and tragic acts, leave no one indifferent. These touch on the sacredness of life and therefore on the deepest convictions and beliefs. Philosophical reflection has been prolific on the subject dealing with the rationality and morality of and Death Penalty. The question also covers a societal component in relation to the debate on the "right to die within dignity"
All contributions on the topic are welcome.

We know that this disease has no cure and those who suffer from it usually die 5 years after diagnosis. We want to know if the people who manage to live a little more than those 5 years is due to a specific treatment, if not, would that mean that it depends on each person?

With the new forms of literacies empowering the learners, the basic literacy leading to reading, writing and simple calculation are now at stake. The foundation skills suffer and more and more teachers complain about the low level comprehension of many students.
I am struggling to generate 10e07 random variables of the pointing error of 6.7 and 1, my assumption is that a free space optics (FSO) link suffers from turbulence conditions and pointing error.
I also consider the pointing error effect by assuming a gaussian beam as investigated in the most literature works as: h_p = A0exp(-2*r*r/w_equ^2).
Is it possible for countries that suffer from financial deficits to rely on sources other than international loans?
- There is, no country in the world is facing the challenges of COVID- 19. This Corona virushas already infected more than one million people and killed more than 100,000 peopleworldwide. Trends clearly indicate that more people will be infected and killed in the comingweeks. But the large-scale pandemic crisis caused by COVID- 19 has already had asignificant impact on economic sectors, social behaviour, cultural practices, populationdynamics, politics and governance, and importantly public health. I don't think there is asingle researcher in any discipline who would disagree that this is only the beginning of thecrisis and that the impacts of the pandemic will not last for the next couple of decades andwill not change the world order in economic, social, political, cultural and demographicterms. As part of our research on population dynamics and climate change, we have studied theimpacts of different extreme weather events such as floods, cyclones, drought on fertilitydynamics, particularly fertility preference, desired number of children, age at first marriageand gender preference in different areas of Bangladesh affected by different extreme events. Our studies revealed various implications for people affected by different events. Theseinclude high fertility, low contraceptive use and relatively low age at marriage, highpreference for sons and high perceived risk of child death in flood-prone areas. However, thiswas a mix for other areas prone to extreme weather events. In research, we see COVID- 19 as one of the important factors contributing to populationdynamics, and the impacts of infection and death from the virus will influence all areas ofpeople's lives in the future. It can reshape the population and age structure in all countries, which may differ from country to country depending on the impact and severity of the virus. This could influence people's fertility decisions in terms of the experiences (number ofdeaths, age and sex of the dead, perception of the risk of death of young children and youngpeople, infected and stories of death in social networks) they face during the pandemicsituation. Thus, our interest is to explain how the impact of COVID- 19 contributes tofertility dynamics, in particular fertility preference, age at marriage, gender preference, and desired number of children. For COVID- 19, people of different age groups are infected and a portion of each age groupdies. Although people in older age groups die at a much higher rate than other groups, this isnot true for all the countries that now have the highest number of deaths. These days, we canalso see that children aged 0 to 9 have died. Young people between the ages of 20 and 30 and30 to 40 are also infected and dying from the virus. It has also been shown that the proportion of deaths among men is much higher than among women. These changes may influence thedynamics of fertility in the years to come for people who are experienced with the death ofyoung people and young children, especially men. Individuals' or couples' experienceswith death and their perceptions of the risk of their children or young people dyingbecause of the pandemic may help rethink their fertility decisions and influence toincrease fertility preferences, particularly for male children. There are state regulations for as many countries as possible where people have to maintain asocial distance, which means that people will stay at home, and not go to public places andmeet other groups of people. They can go out when they have a valid reason and it is anemergency. Otherwise, there are sanctions in all countries suffering from COVID- 19. In thiscase, people have to stay home and spend time with their families. So couples live togetherand they are much more likely to get closer. They may not have contraception availablebecause of the emergency situation, especially in rural areas because of the lack oftransportation and the lock-in situation. Staying at home day after day can encouragecouples to get closer together as one of the recreational options. There, this leads toincrease conception and high births in the years to come after the control of the virusinfection. There may be another problem with COVID- 19 whereby families who have experiencedinfection with the virus and have lost one or more family members may face socialstigmatization. Families may be labelled and other families or members outside their familymay avoid the families and be less interested in connecting with the families. People ofmarriageable age in affected families may find it difficult to get proposals from families whohave not been infected or who have had stories of death. This may delay their marriage andwomen may lose time from their childbearing age. As a result, it may even delay marriage foryoung people, especially young girls, and young girls may face a delay in their age atmarriage and childbearing. Young girls or boys of marriageable age from uninfected familiesmay receive much more attention and be very demanding in the marriage process comparedto families with infection and death. In this case, people from low-income families whohave suffered economic loss due to COVID- 19 without having been directly infected orhaving infected and experienced the death of a family member may decide to arrange amarriage for their young girls even if they are not 18 years old.
Hello , I have 6 variables in my model , time series data 34 year. i am Using EViews10 , i tried to added lag length( maximum lag 3 ), but the model still suffering from serial correlation problem . I have idea that is applied first difference for dependent variable , I applied the idea, after that the serial correlation removed from the model, but I am not sure this idea right or not .
My questions are :
1- How to remove serial correlation for ARDL model?
2- My idea that I applied it right or wrong?
thanks in advance .
ADHD was previously not accepted by many professionals but over time this research had its fruits and found the behaviors that people have throughout their lives with this disorder.
In 1798 Alexander Crichton made a description commenting on what he had detected in some users who suffered from this disorder, he considered that these were people who presented concern and inability to attend.
Currently every day people are being more aware of this disorder thanks to social networks and medical advances.
People in the environment sometimes do not know that that person suffers from this disorder since it does not present with any physical characteristics but they can not notice some behaviors such as: lack of attention, restlessness, nervousness, impulsiveness, etc.
A person with this disorder is just like us only that sometimes their behavior and their ways of managing things are different from ours and they are not worse people. More and more people who thanks to advances realize that they suffer from it and accept and understand more their way of being and on the other hand, there are more and more people who join the help for people who have this disorder.
Many people with functional diversity suffer from going to schools or institutes where they do not feel comfortable for various reasons. I would like to know what measures could be taken to improve their studies and accommodation.
While humans are preoccupied with germs and viruses, fungi are multiplying rapidly. If you observe a little, it will be seen that many people have been affected by fungal infections. No medicine can get rid of them. Sometimes fungi and bacteria together cause complex diseases.
The problem is compounded by the topical application of anti-fungal creams. Being chased from the outside, they enter the body and damage various organs.
I am a victim myself. I had an overgrowth of candida fungus in my stomach. As a result I was suffering from severe digestive problems. No medicine could cure it. Also there was an outbreak of fungus on the skin.
Then after much thought I prepared a nanomedicine from fungus in a special way according to my previously published 'MahaPathy System of Medicine' and applied it on myself. The results are very satisfactory.
I have a client who suffers with C-PTSD. Both TMS and neurofeedback have benefits in treating complex PTSD. I'm leaning towards neurofeedback combined with EMDR and Tapping.
Does anyone have an alternative treatment or suggestion?
Thank you,
Loretta Collins
Almost all climate change was caused by developed country but both developed and developing countries suffer as a result of climate change! Is there any compensation mechanism established for developing country? If so, what are these mechanism? Was these mechanism started to operate?
Recently the concept of opposed piston engines has made the news, claiming an efficiency increse from 25% (conventional) to 45%. Production costs for opposed piston engines are rumored to be the same as conventional models, in contrast to the subsidies electric vehicles receive. Although the new design still has emissions, the levels will be much less and fuel efficiency increased - for the same production cost.
The apparel value chain has shifted from the west to east around two decades ago. From mass production to mass consumption, the east suffers it all. Best Practices from the west do not work much in the east as the east needs economic development throughout the value chain. Thoughts?
I seek to do a study on the mental state of caretakers of patients suffering from chronic illness. I have been a caretaker myself for quite a long time now. However, being a researcher I was skeptical about whether I can be a participant in the study or not.
Out of the 7.7 billion world population in 2020, more than 800 million people were undernourished, and more than 50 million were suffering from urgent food hunger. Over the next three decades, the world population is expected to grow by 25%, which mandates the need to adopt novel strategies to feed the world. From your point of view, what individual actions and/or novel research work may provide a solution to the aforementioned worldwide challenge?
This is primarily needed for my qualitative research which I am planning to do in future. It could be helpful if I can get some information about the same.

I'm searching for a validated scale measuring secondary victimization a person could have suffered from community services after being victim of sexual assault (e.g. the police told them the case was not serious enough to pursue), preferably in French. Does anyone know one?
All I can find is a scale that measures how people perceive sexual assault victims (e.g "the victim deserve what happened to her").
Thank you

As crosslinking time increases the polymer UV-vis spectrum suffers a redshift. Can this be related to the HOMO and LUMO gap decreasing? The polymer is a specific type of polyester and it has π to π* and n to π* transitions.
This is a shot in the dark question. Conservation of Energy Principle is that energy cannot be created or destroyed (K1 + U1 = K2 + U2 ). Conservation of Energy Principle is that matter cannot be created or destroyed in an isolated system. Quantum physics informs that energy and matter can convert to one another (my apologies to the physicists to use it sloppily).
On the other hand, in the cognitive realm, do we see any origination of emotions? Is it possible to destroy an emotion?
This is a complicated question I accept. But the answer I think is complex. Do the hormones that triggers our emotions exclusive? Meaning is it impossible to feel happiness without dopamine? Can the same hormone inflict different emotions?
Finally, if we step out of the neurological realm, there are emergent complexities. Why someone who is afraid of ghosts also can be a horror fan? Why someone continues smoking being well aware of the cautions about cigarettes'? Physical and non-physical correlations can be found.
Originally my questions came out of the Prajna Paramita Sutra of Buddhism. At one point of the sutra it says, "..there is no sufferings, no origination of it" (I am quoting the English translations found in YouTube). And at some point the sutra says no end of suffering. So, they are just changing form, changing actions with them. On the other hand, there is no known way to measure them as we can mathematically measure energy or matter.
Thus came these questions from a philosophical point of view.

millions are suffering from global heating and green house gasesa, and advace industrial countries contribute to the pollutions However, most of these responses are still not ambitious enough. The combined effects of the developed country targets would lead, according to our analysis, to only 8 to 14% reduction in their emissions by 2020 compared with 1990. Clearly, this falls short of the 25 to 40% reduction that, according to the IPCC, developed countries must achieve to put emissions on a pathway that would prevent temperatures from rising by more than 2°C. So, more ambitious action is needed. so we ask when and in which year the miracle created?

I want to create a survey to assess relevance of health technology. Basically the survey will assess relevance by identifying whether the technology is a good fit for an individual.
I am thinking about using conditional branching.
For example, if a user suffers from stress, the items will ask a user about the extent to which a technology meets user's stress-related needs (e.g., providing stress techniques, etc.)
If a user does not suffer from stress, these stress-related questions will be omitted.
There will be multiple sections like that (e.g., physical pain, stress, interference with daily life, etc.) based on user's experiences with illness.
How could I assess validity and reliability of the survey instrument with conditional branching?
Initially, I was thinking about using a Likert scale for all items (1-disagree to 5-agree) and adding an NA option. Then, I wanted to use IRT to treat NA as a missing value. And then, I could run factor analysis (EFA and CFA) to validate.
What is your opinion on this? Please let me know..

Here is what we know. Patients with a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's are more likely to die of Covid 19. So in evaluating the real risk and human cost of this virus I believe it is crucial to understand what percentage of the elderly who die are that are also suffering from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's which have their own morbidity to factor in.

Dear all,
There's an interesting problem in CFD simulation I'd like to discuss with you guys. Leonard 1979 developed a 3rd spatial accuracy scheme for convective term in Navier-Stokes equation. It is widely used but suffers conditional stable requirement. Yet, Hayase 1992 reformulated Leonard's QUICK according to Patankar's 4 rules, to be a more stable scheme. But I can't see the difference between the two, these formulae are identical. Could someone tell the difference? Any help is appreciated.
Best,

I do not know if this is a merely coincidence, but over the last number of years doing research, I have seen hundreds of Junior Researchers (either undergrad, master of PhD students) suffering from blood- and energy-suckers coordinators. Perhaps, this is a consequence of multiple factors (such as history of academic world and labor western culture). The fact is, as a Senior Researcher or Project Coordinator, what do you do to avoid or to alleviate mental illness amongst your students?
Hi!
I need help for some issues in growing mantle cell lymphoma cell lines (REC-1, MAVER-1, Granta-519, Mino, Jeko-1). I noticed that it is a little bit hard to maintain a stable cell culture: after some time the cells start to be sufferent with an deacreasing viability without any apparent cause, though i try to set cells with higher confluence.
I read something about Na pyruvate, non-essential amino acids that can improve cell proliferation.
Can anyone have some suggestion?

These are certainly hard strange times for everyone, rich and poor, developed and less developed, all races, all religions, all colors etc. All humans all over earth are facing the same problem at the same moment; something that has never happened like this during all history. I am positive that the problem will be solved because there so many good peoples are working very hard all over the world to save the rest. We can certainly live without airplanes and cars and cell phones and computers and similar innovations and articles, but humanity may suffer hunger and devastation without food or even with some shortage of food. There is no doubt that we are suffering already with some shortage of foods and worsening food insecurity, and I am afraid the problem will be very severe if the pandemic is extended for long. So, what you think about this? How can we solve the problem?
The low-dose steroid remedy dexamethasone is a significant breakthrough within the combat towards the lethal virus, UK specialists say.
The drug is a part of the world's biggest trial testing existing treatments to see if, in addition, they work for coronavirus.
It reduces the chance of loss of life by a 3rd for sufferers on ventilators. For these on oxygen, it reduces deaths by a fifth.
Had the drug had been used to deal with sufferers within the UK from the beginning of the pandemic, as much as 5,000 lives may have been saved, researchers say.
And it may very well be of big profit in poorer international locations with excessive numbers of Covid-19 sufferers.
The UK authorities have 200,000 programs of the drug in its stockpile and say the NHS will make dexamethasone accessible to sufferers.

Item 3: How many days last week did you miss work, including housework, because of fibromyalgia?
If the participant is off sick or has a disability due to FM, I imagine the correct answer must be 7. Is it correct? If she works, she marks the days in which has missed work due to FM.
Item 4: When you worked how much did pain or other symptoms of your fibromyalgia interfere with your ability to do your work, including housework?
Since the scale refers to the previous week, does this question refer to the impact suffered at work during last week or to the time when she was working?

Covid-19 can translate into dozens of different symptoms, ranging from coughs and headaches to loss of smell or chest pain. Researchers have identified six "clusters" of symptoms each reflecting a more or less risky form of the disease. Here is how to identify the group in which we are.
At the beginning of January, when the epidemic emerged in Wuhan, the symptoms of Covid-19 then resembled those of a classic respiratory infection: cough, fever, difficulty breathing. On January 5, the WHO then reported "cases of pneumonia of unknown origin". As the pandemic spread and the number of cases multiplied, a plethora of new symptoms appeared: loss of taste and smell, muscle pain, headaches, fatigue, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, skin lesions. on the toes ... In general, the symptoms seem to be more severe in the elderly and in men than in women, but the forms that Covid-19 takes are extremely variable from one individual to another, without always having an explanation.
Six symptom clusters
The Covid Symptom Study app, published by the Zoe company in partnership with King's College London and available in the UK, US and Sweden, records all symptoms reported by users. From the data of 1,653 patients, researchers at King's College were able to identify “clusters” of symptoms each reflecting a particular form of Covid. According to their study published on the MedRxiv server, there are six forms of Covid-19 depending on the symptoms and their duration, ranging from the most benign to the most severe.
The six forms of Covid-19:
Flu-like without fever: Headache, loss of smell, cough, sore throat and pain, but no fever.
Flu-like with fever: Similar to group 1, plus loss of appetite and fever.
Gastrointestinal Type: Diarrhea, loss of smell and appetite, headache, sore throat, chest pain. Usually no cough.
Fatigue type: Fatigue, headache, loss of smell, cough, chest pain and fever. This group is considered more serious than the previous three, as 8.6% of them need respiratory support.
Confusion type: People experience confusion in addition to the symptoms listed in the fourth group. About 10% of them will need respiratory assistance.
Abdominal and Respiratory Type: Considered the most serious group, as nearly half of people will need hospitalization and about a fifth will need respiratory support. Symptoms include headache, fever, loss of smell and appetite, cough, sore throat, chest pain, as well as shortness of breath, diarrhea and abdominal pain, muscle pain, confusion, and fatigue.
An impressive number of factors
It's hard to say what makes you suffer from one form over another. "Everyone lives in a different place, has a specific diet, has their own genome and epigenome, has a different medical condition and access to care," said Angela Rasmussen of Columbia University in New Scientist magazine. The symptoms also depend on the dose of exposure to the virus (the more you are exposed to a high viral load, the more you risk developing a severe form) and the entry point of the virus (nose, mouth, eye ... ). We also know that children develop particular forms, with in particular more frequent gastrointestinal symptoms (diarrhea, vomiting, etc.).
Predicting the severity of Covid-19 using symptom clusters
"These different types of disease could constitute a tool for predicting individual medical needs", explain the authors. Patients affected by forms 5 and 6 are, for example, more at risk of being hospitalized. Those in groups 3 and 4 should also be given special attention. This research should also make it possible to identify the first signs of the disease, which could facilitate early detection and prevent contamination. From the first results, it seems that headache and fatigue are among the first symptoms, which makes a diagnosis more difficult as these symptoms are not very specific.
How to fight against wasted water and save water?
Globally, there is a water crisis. Some countries suffer greatly from the lack.
Humans do not use water rationally. There is a lot of wasted water at all levels. What will we have to do to preserve water in quantity and quality. How to save water? The experience of different countries, different continents, on the subject will be very interesting.
Is the human population sustainable? Is there anything we can do now to a) minimize future human suffering as our population size changes, and b) minimize or reverse the reduction in abundance of other species?
Previous literature suggests that lower socioeconomic status (SES) men
through higher family sociodemographic pressure and lower capacity of stress control,
compared to higher SES men, are more likely to suffer from poorer subjective physical
health (SPH). Using a random cross-sectional survey of 1650 young adult men aged 20–50
from rural Bangladesh we examine whether lower SES, compared to middle and higher
SES, is significantly associated with poorer SPH, after controlling for family demographicpsychological
conditions. Result indicates that lower SES men with higher family
sociodemographic pressure, economic hardship, family stress and lower psychological
resources in comparison to middle and higher SES men are most likely to suffer from
poorer SPH. Further result suggests that SES is significantly associated with both poorer
and poor SPH, but when family demographic-psychological conditions are controlled, a
significant association of lower education, lower job status with day-laboring and income
only with poorer SPH remains constant. This association appears attributable to all family
demographic-psychological mechanisms except early marriage.
As every one know COVID-19 suffered people around the globe with mental panic due to its sudden spreading and equivocal etiology. To analyze people sentiment and governments policy implementations is desired in such circumstances. In this regard I am working to access the twitter data and applied for developer account the twitter administration did no respond me yet. I need help in this regard. If any researcher is interested in working as collaboration I would appreciate.
