My question is Can we attain 50-60 Hz Sound frequency on flowing water through tubes? while in background pump is working or other sounds are there (no noise cancellation).
What happens if we have high crossflow velocity of the water lets say 2 to 3 m/s.

When i try to get output as 44k music format, its have some delay in case of buffer process and buffer size (as array). Finally, the output sound like have any distortion. How to prevents that delay?

The first delay that you have is the buffer array size, that one is for example in you case  ( 1 / 44100 ) × buffer size. Then if you are polling are you sure you are polling fast enough for capturing at 44100 and second does the processing that you are doing is fast enough?  You could instead use interruptions to assure a 44100 sampling while your processing limit depends on your buffer size. Also measure your timings you could do this with the TI tools or with an oscilloscope, check your processing time your polling times. This could give you a good idea of what is happening.
