My answer to your question is a NO and a YES.
No, because research and discovery could be a passion for some and a PhD could be a fulfilling experience. PhD holders can pursue post-doctoral research positions which can provide them with in-depth knowledge of their area of interest.
Yes, because there have been a surplus of PhD candidate leading to competition for limited positions in academia and industry. With less opportunity in their area of interest, the PhD holders may seek their way outside their field thereby not utilizing the knowledge gained during their training as a PhD student. Moreover, when there is a surplus of PhD degree holders, the chance of getting a good salary package is reduced.

-The prominently mentioned Impact Factor(s) are at least misleading since this journal is not indexed in one of Clarivate’s indices (one can check here
-As a matter of fact, SCIF is one of the so-called misleading metrics (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ) often used by predatory journals
-Personally I do not trust the ABCD journal list https://abcdindex.com/blogs/abcd-journal-list They misleadingly refer to ABDC journals https://abdc.edu.au/abdc-journal-quality-list/ which is in the field of business journals a respected source
Looking at all these red flags I personally would avoid this journal.

The discovery of aether has been made in scientific research paper titled 'Michelson-Morley Experiment A Misconceived and Misinterpreted Experiment' which is published in a peer-reviewed journal namely Indian journal of science and Technology with website address wwe.indjst.org. The discovery of aether would lead to the fact that Big Bang Theory, Theories of Relativity and space-time concept including the formula E=mc^2 (which took me half a page of research paper 'Experimental and Theoretical Evidence of Fallacy of Space-time Concept and Actual State of Existence of the Physical Universe' also published in the above-mentioned journal) are absolutely baseless. Under these circumstances how did you publish the articles based on adopted paradigm of physics despite the fact the open challenge was sent to you in 2012.
I am eagerly waiting for your reply as I require the same in connection with my complaint to International Criminal Court under Crime Against Humanity.

Drastic action is needed now to clean up this mess, argues pharmacologist Csaba Szabo in Unreliable, his upcoming book on irreproducibility in the scientific literature.
“The things that we’ve tried are not working,” says Szabo, a professor at the University of Fribourg. “I’m trying to suggest something different.”

Scientists have long searched for the best way to evaluate scientific performance and have come up with numerous indices. Probably, the most famous index is the h-index, a metric that has been used widely in science metrics ever since it appeared.The Research Interest Score was most strongly correlated with the number of Google Scholar Citations, followed by the Web of Science citations.  Interestingly, the Research Interest Score was not highly correlated with any of the h-indexes. The regression model was statistically significant and explained 90% of the variance in the Research Interest Scores predicted by the Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar metric indices. The strongest predictor of the Research Interest Score was the number of Google Scholar citations.
The Research Interest Score, a new scientometric measure created by ResearchGate, certainly has a potential to be used as a valid measure of scientific impact.

And in addition, if followed, (1) will yield the best results and (2) applies across different cultural ideas for research. In my opinion and experience, the ideas and insight that prompt new questions (research in any human endeavor) can come in any order. I my work research is often “messy” vs an ordered progression of stages. In my opinion research is a basic human trait that crosses all cultures, ages and education levels. Its the trait of wondering in all of us. Often the work teaches us more about what the question is versus answers. I suggest you create environments that nourish the insight, creativity and spirit of innovation we all have and offer the freedom to explore free of prescribing ways to think and organize the “research” work.

However, to fully utilise the potential of these technologies, it is necessary to continuously develop methodologies and algorithms, as well as to consider the ethical aspects of their application, which emphasises the key role of scientific research in this field.
The research and observations that I conduct show that artificial intelligence technology has been developing rapidly in recent years and is finding new applications, with new opportunities and threats emerging. Early detection of Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases is imperative for there to be any successful prognosis. We still cannot identify these diseases at the most important (early) stages.
Work on microglia and astrocytes is providing some new insights into the build up of intracellular and extracellular proteins and their influence on cell damage. Some very interesting work on the lymphatic system is also insightful.
This is one of the most pressing problem for the future of medicine with a huge increase in neurodegenerative disease incidence in the last 20 years.

-The pointless and not working logo’s/links to journals are made-up titles with journal cover pages stolen from books. First of all, there are many so-called hallucinations in the texts generated by these tools, errors that can be described as nicely described fictional facts that never and nowhere happened. In addition to this, a serious shortcoming in the texts generated by these currently imperfect tools is the lack of full demonstration of data sources and the content of drawn, supposedly quoted and often plagiarized excerpts from other publications available on the Internet, thus the lack of respect for copyright by the creators of these tools. In view of the above, due to the many serious drawbacks associated with the use of these tools, currently the use of these intelligent chatbots involves a serious risk of creating plagiarism and content with serious factual errors. Thus, at present, these tools are of little or no practical use for professionally conducted analytical and research work. There is still a lack of effectively working regulations that would significantly reduce the scale of the above-described inadequacies and inappropriate applications of generative artificial intelligence technology. Possibly contributions can be made from the academic field, but the solution does seemingly lie elsewhere. Researching within my field, that of agri-food marketing, and in specific looking at one among the many excellent Palestinian agri-products, not the mention the cuisine, for example the olive oil from Palestine and its marketing can be of good support. However, and very sadly, just to tender olive trees and also harvest olives, permission is required. Note the trees and land on which olives grow are owned by Palestinian farmers, but still they need permission to work on their own land. Further they are racially harassed, bullied and killed by colonizers and their armed militias. Thus and very sadly it becomes more than challenge for Palestinian farmers to tender and harvest olives, hence will research, for example, on olive oil marketing from Palestine change the situation? The solution to the 'permission system' lies elsewhere, but research can possibly emphasise and provide hard fact evidence on such an apartheid regime, which can be used as evidence in law courts.

In your opinion, what is the greatest role, function, importance, etc. of the development of international scientific cooperation?
International scientific cooperation plays an important role in the development of science and scientific research. In recent years, the development of online knowledge bases, online indexing databases of scientific publications, online science portals facilitates the development of international scientific cooperation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the scale of remote communication conducted via the Internet increased significantly. The scale of realization of scientific conferences and symposia remotely through online video conferencing platforms has increased. With online science portals enabling discussions, the development of scientific cooperation on an international scale has been facilitated. Thanks to the aforementioned online science portals, i.e. this Research Gate portal, it is possible to set up and operate international research teams, where researchers and scientists operating in different countries can conduct collaborative scientific research, exchange experiences from their research, jointly publish the results of their research work in scientific articles and monographs. I hereby inform you that I am open to scientific cooperation, including scientific cooperation carried out internationally. I invite you to publish the results of the conducted scientific research in a scientific journal:
