Questions related to Restructuring
Given that disinformation constitutes a pervasive threat to the integrity of the entire information environment, and that institutional and professional responses are often reactive, delayed, and fragmented, how can strategic communication frameworks be restructured to enable a proactive approach—shifting the emphasis toward early warning mechanisms and anticipatory action?
Can you suggest me some papers on debt restructuring via interest rate discount? Specifically, do you know some empirical or theoretical papers showing that banks agree to renegotiate the terms of the debt contract by applying a discount rate on firms in financial distress?
Has anyone come across research or perspectives that view Holacracy not as an organizational structure or governance model, but as a skill or mindset that can be developed incrementally? Specifically, I'm interested in how Holacracy can be introduced in small, manageable steps to cultivate a mindset of distributed authority and self-management, without being perceived as a disruptive restructuring process.
In many models of cognition and biological systems, Shannon information is frequently used to quantify signal transmission, entropy, and uncertainty. However, emerging frameworks, such as Integrated Information Theory (IIT), Functional Systems Theory, and Dynamic Organicity Theory, argue for the need to account for intrinsic information, which reflects system-internal structuring rather than external observer-based encoding.
In the context of the Oscillatory Dynamics Transductive-Bridging Theorem (ODTBT), intrinsic information is structured through recursive oscillatory interactions and is understood as an emergent property of self-referential holons and transductive phase transitions (e.g., at TWIST thresholds). It’s not about signal transmission, but about how functional redundancy is restructured and how coherence arises within the system.
My question is: How is intrinsic information formally defined or modeled in contrast to Shannon information in biological or cognitive systems?
I'm especially interested in:
- Mathematical treatments or empirical metrics that distinguish information-as-reduction-in-uncertainty (Shannon) from information-as-structured potentiality (intrinsic)
- Models that use non-symbolic, non-representational frameworks for intrinsic information
- How this distinction is addressed in consciousness modeling, especially in systems that operate across multiple temporal and spatial scales
Any input on computational methods, modeling formalisms, or biological case studies would be much appreciated.
Research Title
"Investigating the Impact of Adoption-Induced Sibling Hierarchy Disruptions on Family Functioning and Externalizing Behaviors: The Unique Role of the Middle Child and Moderating Effects of Socioeconomic and Cultural Factors."
Research Description
This study examines the psychological and behavioral effects of adoption on sibling dynamics, mainly focusing on the challenges faced by the middle child when family hierarchies and roles are disrupted. By analyzing family functioning and externalizing behaviors, the research explores how introducing an adopted child shifts established sibling roles, leading to potential identity conflicts, rivalry, or behavioral outcomes. Special attention is given to the moderating effects of socioeconomic status (SES) and cultural norms, which influence familial adjustments and coping mechanisms.
The research addresses a critical gap in adoption literature, where the middle child's unique challenges in adaptively renegotiating their role within a restructured sibling hierarchy remain underexplored. Furthermore, the study seeks to contribute practical insights for family counselors and policymakers to support adoptive families during transitional periods better.
Research Question (RQ)
Primary Research Question:
- How does the disruption of established sibling hierarchies and family roles due to adoption impact family functioning and externalizing behaviors, with a particular focus on the middle child, and how do socioeconomic and cultural factors moderate these effects?

What key criteria/measures could be used to establish the effectiveness of a major university restructure e.g. 3 to 4 years after a restructure.
Some universities seem to restructure every 5 to 7 years as new VCs are appointed. A lot of effort is focused on a university restructure mostly prompted to save cost, become more efficient and innovative. A significant number of staff are made or choose to be made redundant and some corporate knowledge is lost, Yet after the restructure, new staff get re-appointed and generally after 4 or so years staffing numbers are similar to those before the restructure. How effective are restructures and should universities tread carefully before goindg down that track. What key criteria/measures could be used to establish the effectiveness of a major university restructure e.g. 3 to 4 years after a restructure.
What kind of anti-crisis socio-economic policy should the government apply in connection with the forecast economic crisis, economic downturn, and possibly also the economic recession and stagfaltation that may appear in 2023?
Rising prices of fossil fuels, rising prices of energy, food products, building materials, etc. are generating a continuing rise in inflation. Rising interest rates loans cause a decrease in the level of economic activity of companies and enterprises. Investment and production levels are falling. International supply and sourcing logistics chains disrupted during the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus pandemic have yet to fully recover. The increasing scale of international trade wars will reduce economic growth in many countries. The war in Ukraine reduced the export of grains and other agricultural crops from Ukraine and Russia to many other countries and caused an increase in food prices on a global scale. Due to the rising costs of production factors, many companies and enterprises will be forced to restructure or reduce the scale of their economic activity. Consequently, unemployment may increase and an economic recession and stagflation may occur. Therefore, the following question arises: What kind of anti-crisis socio-economic policy should the government apply in connection with the forecast economic crisis, economic downturn, and possibly also the economic recession and stagfaltation that may appear in 2023? How can the state, under state interventionism, activate economic processes? What kinds of investment projects can be inspired, organized, and financed by the state as part of Keynesian anti-crisis socio-economic policy agenda? Should the state in such a situation, similarly to previous economic and financial crises, activate economic growth through the use of specific instruments of the monetary policy of central banking and fiscal, budget, structural, social, housing, etc. policies conducted by the government or specific ministerial ministries? Or rather, in such a situation, the state should focus its interventionist actions on introducing systemic changes, restructuring the socio-economic system, e.g. by increasing the scale of pro-environmental state interventionism, implementing green investments in the energy sector, developing zero-emission energy sources increasing the scale of energy and environmental security?

hello all,
I needed to restructure my data from scales to nominal as i have two random participant groups that were exposed to two different conditions. i concluded that it was a within-subject design and proceeded to start a two-way repeated measures anova. but because of the data restructure, i could not do anova properly? compared to when it was scales, i could drag both levels of my IVs into the within-subject box but as my data is nominal now (i have put them tgt and labelled each level as 1 & 2), i don't have two levels to drag into the within-subject box (if you get me).
my supervisor told me that i could still use anova but i think he might be wrong... he won't be replying my emails til monday and i have a meeting with him on tuesday so i really need help! thank you :'-(
background of study:
DV: satisfaction score
IVs: directionality, order effects
one group of participants were shown scenario A with directionality 1 and scenario B with directionality 2 while the other group were shown A with d2 and B with d1.
I'm studying on carbon black restructure and its relation to maximum torque on the DBP test.
What will change in the carbon structure as oil suction diameter decreases?
What is the relationship between them?
I have used the merge function in SPSS loads of times previously with no problems. However this time I am running into an unusual issue and can't find any information online to overcome it.
I am trying to merge 2 SPSS data files: set 1 contains demographic data on 8504 cases and set 2 contains blood data on 6725 of those cases.
Using point-and-click options in SPSS I tried MERGE FILES>ADD VARIABLE>one-to-one merge based on key values (key variable = ID). However this results in a file with duplicate cases i.e. row 1 and row 2 are both subject ID 1, row 1 shows the values for the demographic data for that subject, while the blood data cells are blank, and in row 2 the demographic data cells are blank and the blood data are there. Screenshot attached.
I tried following this up with the restructuring command to try and merge the duplicate case rows but it did not alter the data set.
I've double checked that my ID variable in set 1 and set 2 matches in type/width/decimals etc.
I've tried the following syntax
MATCH FILES /FILE=*
/FILE='DataSet2'
/BY ID.
EXECUTE.
But none of the above has worked. Any advice would be HUGELY appreciated!

I uploaded an paper image. They have checked the herd behavior based on market cap.so they made the Quintile portfolio. But they restructure it every year. If i make portfolio every year then I have 5 portfolio for one year and I have 10 years data. So in total 50 portfolio are going to be emerged. But I need only 5 portfolio for the whole period. So can someone tell me what they did...is they weight them or something else. I am very much confused about this.

Dear all,
could you please recommend me the best scientific articles you know, where the method of cognitive restructuring from CBT is criticised?
Thank you
I have completed the 1:1 case control matching process in SPSS and have successfully got the file with just the cases and controls in it (each participant on a separate row).
Theoretically I could run an independent t-test but is this incorrect as the data is matched?
If an independent t-test is wrong, does anyone know how to restructure the data further so that each control is on the same row as the case, in order to allowed a paired t-test?
Many thanks
Hi all,
I want to combine variabele 1 with variabele 2 into a new variabele, 3. (So var 1 is 30 respondents, var 2 is 30, so var 3 is 60). However, when I do this with restructure cases (varstocases) my original variables are deleted and that is not what I want. Does someone know how to keep the variables in their original state?
Thanks in advance!!!!

I am looking for data (statistics) associated with insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings (numbers of proceedings, filings, how many bankruptcy fillings were rejected because of lack of assets, costs of bankruptcy, time in bankrupty etc.) especially in European countries. Moreover I search for bankruptcy or insolvency acts of European countries translated into English. Could you help me please where I could find these data and statistics?
Hello,
I plan to perform a linear mixed model analysis to look at change in cognitive function over 5 follow up waves. I am interested in looking at how this change is influenced by dietary and urinary sodium as well as other covariates like age, gender, blood pressure etc. Dietary and urinary sodium have only been collected at baseline, whilst other covariates have been collected at baseline and at each follow up wave.
I am aware of how to restructure the data set to the "long" format, creating an index variable for Time. However, as mentioned, certain variables have only been collected at baseline and are important as I need to include them in the data set in order to exclude cases. For example, I would like to exclude anyone who has a diagnosis of dementia at baseline and the corresponding variable only has one 1 timepoint (data collected at baseline).
I am looking for advice on the following:
1) How to restructure the data set so these kind of variables fit & make sense within the long format?
2) Then, how can I select cases based only on certain baseline variables and then perform the analysis on the remaining cases, across all waves?
3) Are LMM's the best approach here? Or would you suggest an alternative method.
Thanks.
Hi everyone!
I'm doing a PhD in Clinical Psychology and I have some treatment data to analyse. The design is a 2 (condition: self-compassion, cognitive restructuring) x 5 (time: baseline, mid-treatment, post-treatment, 1-week follow-up, and 5-week follow-up) design. I had 119 participants randomized and engage in their respective interventions for a 2-week period, with follow-up assessments. The aim was to reduce social anxiety.
One analysis I'm trying to do is mediation, and preferably I would use a more simple strategy such as Hayes' PROCESS macro on SPSS. However, my understanding is that I won't be able to use all five waves of my data if I use PROCESS. Does anyone know if that is an appropriate strategy for multiple waves? Should I be using all information? And if so, how?
I am analysing treatment group differences at time 2 (two time points only) data on a psych measure outcome (with five covariates: age, gender, CVD, BMI and F2s), and I am interested in one of the predictor’s influence on this (f2s). The scripting I am planning to use (from another study of similar structure) includes using baseline F2s (F2_v1), however my restructured SPSS dataset (wide) has only the transposed F2.
How best to run a LMM analysis TMT*TIME*F2_baseline on a restructured dataset?
How do I keep the baseline F2s only - is there a step in the restructuring? (syntax below)
Thank you in advance.

Time has come to think about restructuring rural economy with inclusive growth. Present situation has given an opportunity to ponder over it. I will be grateful for your opinion.

It has been seen that many graph models rely on Lattice structures for functioning which creates a huge problem when we try to find a singular shortest path between two points. With multiple simulations, we get multiple shortest paths with almost the same path scores or weights. Is it mathematically possible to re-structure such graphs so as to find a single, absolute shortest path?
I have never done this before. So far I have collected scales for different factors after detailed research.
I plan on taking items from them and maybe restructuring them to make a proper questionnaire.
Any things I'm missing? Please do tell.
Hi,
What are the assumptions of the multilevel linear model? Should I test them before restructuring the dataset? Should I treat them differently if I have grouped data? Could you please recommend resources for the mixed model using SPSS
Thanks
In almost all countries in general, and in developing countries in particular.there is an urgent need to restructure the commerce syllabi being taught in various educational boards/universities.The world has changed very fast due to various technological innovations in the field of commerce/business/management.In the changed scenario, various concepts/themes/topics have become irrelevant, whereas at the same time, various new techniques terms e.g.Bleckchain,Data Analytics,Big Data,Machine Learning,Artificial Intelligence, and their role in commerce and related disciplines is very significant. It must be learned, understood, appreciated and taught in a very effective way. What are your opinions in this regard.
The initial plan was to write a thesis in the traditional format. Thesis first draft is already 90% written, of course, need to revisit and make changes or might be restructured.
Now my supervisor suggested the alternative format. which format would be the best?
My organization recently implemented a restructuring of the entire components/departments in the company and in light of this, we are conducting a post evaluation of the decision.

What would you see, regard, and define as the most lucrative, promising and rewarding entrepreneurship opportunities?
Would it be a) science-based, b) (emerging) technology based, c) radical innovation or mega-projects based, d) existing markets (restructuring and improving efficiency) based, or e) social entrepreneurship based?
Of these options, which would you deem as most promising and which would you deem as least promising?
Which types of kinds of entrepreneurs are therefore best positioned?

In the era of information globalization, the technological revolution known as Industry 4.0 and the growing importance of implementation to business models of the principles of sustainable development, modern market management systems for operating business entities are being improved.
The current technological revolution described as Industry 4.0 is motivated by the development of the following technologies of computerized, advanced information processing:
Big Data database technologies, cloud computing, machine learning, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence and other advanced data mining technologies.
In the context of the development of contemporary national knowledge-based economies and the development of information services made available via the Internet, the importance of innovative startups is growing, in which new categories of economic goods are created based on the application of innovative technological solutions.
In the second half of the twentieth century, various new conceptual elements developed (Benchmarking, Outsourcing, Reengineering, SMART, Just in Time, Poka Yoke, Kanban, Kaizen, Brain-storming, ...) and new business management systems (Business Continuity Management, Lean Management, Knowledge Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Total Quality Management, Virtual Organization Management ...), thanks to which the production processes, logistics, marketing, personnel management were improved, new participative management styles were developed, etc.
Therefore, please answer the following question:
What modern concepts of business management are adequate for currently developing innovative technology companies?

The achievement of 1.5 degree target may ask for earlier substantial emission control and energy restructuring; extant research shows that such actions are far enough to reach this climate goal, and negative emission technologies (NETs), such as biomass energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) and direct air capture (DAC), should be indispensible. However, NETs are just conceptual and even not in the cradle stage, which means we actually can not really rely on them to address the risk of climate change. In this context, it is of great importance to know whether the window for 1.5-degree target is still open, if without so-called NETs; and if the answer is yes, then what is the assessed probability given plenty of uncertainties on economic growth, energy development and mitigation policies.
I need study material for cognitive restructuring in stress management
While supporting my result by an argument/reason provided by a research paper after restructuring it and providing the reference as well. Does it amount to plagiarism?
I tried to make that case in a 2008 in Human Rights Ethics: A Rational Approach. The editor advised the subtitle. Many would read ten pages and decide it was not for them. I was under Habermas’s influence. Since then I have tried restructuring the teaching of elementary ethics. A revised consequentialist discussion ethics seemed even theoretically grounded, not just pedagogical opportunism. It seems needed in American colleges, in "moral and civics teaching" mandated since 2016 Paris terrorist attacks in French public schools, and in any UN human rights moral education reaching people on the ground, including those without diplomas. Too many students leave elementary courses thinking ethics is just opinion, not an academic discipline. What would you think of physics if the elementary course mainly rehearsed 2500 years of contradictory theories about the physical world? In ethics the result can occasionally be violent.

what is the mechanisme for carbon restructuring in polystyrene?
Does it require an entire restructuring?
When light is scattered, reduced in its intensities, thus reduce their power, but still their wavelength is able to vibrate polystyrene molecules. Thus increase in localized energy that later induced Polystyrene molecules to restructuring.
The first to be released to the air is Hydrogen where the breaking of Hydrogen bond to Polystyrene increasing in uptake of Oxygen. Prolong irradiation, later, with more Hydrogen been breaking-up with carbon atom, either at the back bone of Polystyrene or bezene rings, created more radical site for POlystyrene, thuse increase in chemical reaction, where scissoring and bonding, are been created simultaneously. Overexposure of Laser Irraditon, thus more energy absorbed, which forcing more radicals been created, but the PS molecules are now shrunk to smaller antitites, which they will evolutionary move from graphite to gaphene-to carbon-like diamond. These observation is still under much investigation by our research group...where doping the PS with nanomaterials, enhancing the fabrication of Diamond-like carbon. Can anyone give other explanation? Here are the papers for you to start to speculate of our research outcome.
All living beings are movable water reservoirs in which the same energy pulses. In these reservoirs, energy creates chloroplasts, proteins, cells with all organs, tissues and organs, and maintains what we call life. When water does not have the ability to store the energy of, life forms we would know there would not be.
Water is the greatest secret of our time!
The established scientific world today acknowledged that water, without which there is no life, is very little known and that it is rather unexplored in many aspects. Because of this it is considered that she hides many "secrets". It turned out that some of the water theories, which arose about 2,000 years ago, are worth more than those set by the modern scientific elite.
Water is unpredictable in its behavior, and the way in which its molecules are restructured and today are a great "mystery".
In academic discussions, such phenomena are said to be "the wonder of nature" or "the secret of nature." It is obvious that the matter for which science has no explanation for now or at least the so-called "expert public" is not familiar with it. The term often used in this context is a "supernormal phenomenon".
But what can be above nature?
I am keen to identify recent literature that examines ways in which downsizing and organisational restructuring can contribute positively to strategic organisational change. I am particularly interested in examinations of how it can change the behaviours and competencies of a workforce by changing its membership. I am also keen to find recent literature that examines the risks and uncertainties associated with such efforts, including ways in which downsizing and restructuring may itself disrupt efforts to bring about organisational change.
I am working on Importance leadership in Information System Implementation Phase. So far what I have studied, the implementation is a phase in information system life cycle during which major restructuring and process re-engineering occurs. Can I take information system implementation phase as a variable? If yes, does anyone know about the questionnaire or instrument how to measure it?
I have a PLA nanocomposite nanofiber mat and it changed to film after 24 hr in distilled water.
We well know, PLA has a hydrophobe nature and it doesn't restructure in a water, but when it mixed with a hydrophilic nanoparticle like CNT or Graphite its fibers shape were changed to film.
What is the role of cooperate restructuring for an organisation?
Starting from the hypothesis: the modification of the structures, the improvement of assimilatory schemes, make the best subject in the study on a given problem situation. Wonders about the impact of computer technology in the process of modification and cognitive reconstruction of the subject.
I have two continuous variables; a pretest and a post test results. They seem to have significance in paired samples; p=.000. However I wonder what caused the post test to be better than the pre test and I suspect that another continuous variable predicted the increase in post test. I restructured my data to long format in spss and now have a single variable for 2 tests and a categorical index variable (1-2). I am trying to build up a regression equation in which another continuous variable is a covariate predictor. I am not sure what to do exactly, I need some kind of repeated measures regression in SPSS if possible. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks a lot.
