I need to understand about how the atmosphere( particularly, wind patterns) is coupled with fresh water and marine to affect the ornamental fish.
Currently, I'm developing questionnaires for my topic "Willingness to pay for wild betta conservation", and one the component/section will be asking the public about the trade market for the wild betta. Hypothesizing that this would be a variable that will influence the WTP value for the fish conservation.
Though, the scope research I find, very limited. Any helps would be highly appreciated.
I'm looking for wider topic, possibly any wild ornamental fauna (preferably) or flora that i could adapted in developing the questionnaire.

The Neotropical ichthyofauna presents the most diversified and richest freshwater ichthyofauna of the world. However, studies on small fish species very appreciated in aquaria as Aspidoras fuscoguttatus are restricted to few investigations.
I want to measure ( any equipment giving reading in units) skin colour of fish so I can calculate my data after feeding 90 days on a particular diet.
There is a directive in Ghana by the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Department to ban all imports on ornamental fishes and Tilapia species including gametes-eggs and milts from now to the close of the year as an immediate response to halt the spread of the virus which is said to be prevalent in Africa, South America and Asia, especially in farmed Tilapia. This is a blow against the global Tilapia industry.
