I'm currently developing an MS Access database application that can automatically classify test questions according to Bloom's taxonomy (6 Cognitive Domain Levels).
I just want to know if there are other precedent or parallel research and development on automated test banks that use Bloom's Taxonomy.
[EDIT] The download links for the actual application are inside the tutorial booklet. You can download the tutorial booklet below. Please note that the application only works with a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office Access, a 32-bit  app version is currently in the works.
Any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

There's a third version also in the works, which uses an algorithm based on Lorin Anderson & David Krathwohl's Revised Bloom's Taxonomy (2001) for classification of items. This will probably be finished in 2 months time. Although this was supposed to be the first version, local psychometricians insist on the use of the original Bloom's Taxonomy in our local educational system for accreditation compliance, so I had to use an algorithm based on the 1956 Bloom's taxonomy for the first version of the software. Marzano, SOLO, and other taxonomies have also been considered but are still in the planning stage. The demand right now is with the use of Bloom's/Revised Bloom's because of their universal acceptance. Thanks again for the feedback Dr. Dempster. I'll keep you posted.

We have this:
- Herb layer quadrat data (presence and % cover data)
- Resolution: 25x25 cm2 nested into a 2x1 m2 double quadrat
- This 2x1 m2 is laid down 20 times, = a 20m long transect
- Transect has three distinct zone: dominant > mix > mono dominant plants
#total 6 transects = six study sites
:: suggestions were with PRIMER, CA, or VEGAN in R, S plot analysis also
We are OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS and COLLABORATIONS (start with PRIMER and Splot analysis).
If there are any other suggestions, please guide us.

Data management is the first step: you can use various tools to do this (Filemaker, access, SQL, whatever...). The analysis of the data is probably the more interesting part. I can recommend Primer (which is based mostly on non parametric analysis based on similarities or distances between samples, including the very powerful  PERMANOVA analysis. There are several R packages specially designed for multivariate vegetation analysis (Vegan is one of the them). If only relatively simple analysis is required, the free software PAST is quite complete.

I agree with the answer of Jasmin Ćosić . Another way is to use the PowerDesigner program, it is one of Sybase products and you can download it from its site www.sybase.com, you can use it to design your database in a GUI interface
