In my opinion, the key factors in the cybersecurity of mobile education, i.e. M-Learning, include updating the operating system and firewall, anti-virus and anti-malware software supplied by manufacturers of applications, operating systems and other programs installed on a smartphone or other mobile device. In addition, it is important to update the online messaging and videoconferencing platforms used in e-learning. It is also important not to open emails from unknown senders. As young people and children often use social networking sites on their smartphones and teachers use online educational portals, high safety standards should be maintained when using these online portals. It is important not to provide important, sensitive personal information on these portals.

Faisal Khalil I think generation Z is comparatively more tech savvy then generation Y. With increased smartphone usage, now people of my age or younger people do not mind using mobile while talking to others, comparatively, I think baby boomers, mind if someone uses the mobile phone while talking to them.

Also, the usage of Mobile for learning is increasing among the new generation, and older people feel that mobile has a smaller screen.

Usage of mobile is also increasing, and i think wearable phone devise in the future can change the whole game.

Fundamental changes to e-learning are challenged by the 20th century school system model funded and focused on fixed structures and divisions of labor. The last century model grouped students by age in a classroom with a teacher funded and administered by government mandate. That is contrary to learning systems that existed throughout world history. E-learning, especially mobile learning, parallels ancient social structure of learning at home, with neighbors, or during employment--at any place, any time.

E-learning and mobile-learning educate, progress, repeat, and advance a student by subject not age with no physical school structure required.

The school system, and those employed by it will resist change to e-learning while trying to remain relevant by offering e-learning modules. Throughout the world, teachers, administrators, their support organizations, government funding, and regulations are structured to support 20th century school systems, not 21st century e-learning and mobile-learning (any time, any place). I complement you on seeking gaps in mobile-learning, but they cannot be addressed without a complete review of the structural systems in place to support outdated school system models.

Just Tried the Explore feature. Serched for articles related to Ethics and Autonomous Vehicles.  the respsonse was divided between Ethic and Autonomous Car.  When the Account function is up, I think it would be great to have access to Google Drive or any university clouds so that All your papers can be grouped or the list used to create a bibliography, as summon does  and similar services 

You will hopefully find some useful material in my co-authored book chapter (link below). Working with higher level engineering students, our findings showed conclusively that students who began the programme as technically-enabled, learned more and performed more creatively on the m-learning tasks that those who, for reasons of demographics, social background, gender, educational attainment or other factors, began the module at a technical disadvantage.  Something to consider in STEM access programmes.

What I understood is you are looking for a mobile app using which you can distribute a course to your students. If it is so, you may visit www.teachable.com, which is a good website for creating and distributing online courses.

Remeber that, it will allow you to create effective online courses in form of a web application which is also mobile friendly.

 Is it possible to develop a mobile app for teach a full course with assessment ?What should be needed to develop the mobile app?

Of course this is possible. You would need a university or state institution of education to back your idea and give credit for the completion of the course(s) in question. You would potentially need a background platform that housed the videos and embedded the links or house all video within the app itself (this method could get out of control in terms of size). 

You could use google forms to create assessments and embed the codes within the app. You could also build your own or use jquery or a similar script to power your idea. 

If you have the opportunity, download the PocketWGU app. It is used by the college I currently attend and has a lot of the features that could be useful to you in your endeavor. 

You would need full curriculum and the ability to quiz and have students upload work to a dropbox that could be collected by the professor or grading body. If you seek to have it all-inclusive, meaning that it would require no outside grading or work on the university's part, you would have to make quizzes or tests that you felt assessed the students knowledge to an accurate degree. 

You might also want to take a look at Coursera which is a MOOC site that offers mostly hands off grading of in-class assignments.

As long as you are working on a responsive e-Learning platform like Moodle and you have a custom theme enabled, the combination is never an issue. If you aren't working on a responsive architecture then it's going to take a lot of work from your side because mobile view works best with highly optimized media. Thanks to technology, every media editing tool provides ways to optimize any kind of data, and that's helping a lot of educational websites run smoothly. We are using a responsive theme in our institution currently and yes, sometimes the responsiveness might reduce the usability a bit but then it saves us a lot of time optimising stuff for mobile content.
