Dear all,
For a current research project on hallux valgus surgery, I would love to have an overview over the radiographic classifications (IMA and HVA) for hallux valgus severity over the time in the different volumes of Coughlin and Mann’s Surgery of the Foot and Ankle Vol. 1-10?.
I only have access to one Volume (published 2014). Maybe the awsome community on RG can help to to gather the remaining definitions. In the hallux valgus chapter, there is a sub-chapter called classification. I would very much appreciate it, if you could take a picture of this subsection and post it here, including the Volume or publishing year.
Thank you so much for your help!
Cheers,
Sebastian

I tried to run this function sitetest to perform Site-level Differential Methylation Analysis using IMA package but I got error message.
sitetestALL = sitetest(dataf,gcase="KO",gcontrol="WT",testmethod ="wilcox" ,Padj="BH", rawpcut = NULL,adjustpcut =NULL,betadiffcut = NULL,paired = FALSE) and I got this error message: Error in wilcox.test.default(x[1:length(lev1)], x[(length(lev1) + 1):(length(lev1) + : not enough (finite) 'x’ observations
Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hi
I suggest using if and else in lapply.
for example:
if(nrow(coulmn1)> 30) {
x <- with(data, cor(a, b))
}
else {
x <- 0
}
This is a good solution when the number of samples are small.

I thought your article was intriguing! Have you thought about doing a study to look at targeted abdominal weight loss? I figure it likely wouldn’t work as well since the muscles of the core have a different blood supply (epigastics/iliacs) compared to intraabdominal fat (which I’m assuming is SMA/IMA).
I would appreciate your thoughts.

Evidence suggest that you can't lose belly fat by exercising your abs alone. For total-body fat loss, use a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training, such as lifting weights. In addition, eat a healthy diet with plenty of protein, fiber and portion control — all of which are proven to help reduce body fat.

I have a question regarding loading CSI files with jMRUI. I tried to load the files as .IMA, but it doesn't work. I thought it would maybe work if I save my data on the Trio Siemens scanner as spectroscopy DICOM files. But it still doesn't work? I tried on jMRUI: Siemens Raw Data (NUM 4), DICOM. It just reports: "mrui.plugin.conversion: Invalid Siemens Raw Data files: incorrect header." Can anybody explain?

What are the different methods available for spatial and spectral fusion?
Relevant answer
Answer
Spatial fusion is a technique to enhace the resolution of a low resolution image. It is a common technique based on the combination of two different kind of satellite images. One with high spatial resolution and the other with low spatial resolution. But in the other hand spectral fusion is about spectral information that is the amount of solar energy reflected by the surface. In this case the meaning of spectral fusion is about adding more spectral information to images with low spectral resolution.
