Our social life is, in fact, unforeseen human relationships that connect us with individuals, groups and the culture around us, influenced, influenced and adapted to them all of them. The family is the basic social unit and the first environment, which takes care of the individual. It includes the strongest influences that guide his childhood growth. A good home environment in which there is interest in cultural affairs at the beginning of an individual's life has the greatest role in physical, psychological and mental development. Although a good environment does not make individuals the same, it gives each individual the opportunity to grow to the maximum extent that his abilities qualify for him.
The child by nature tends to imitate others, especially adults or older ones, and childhood imitation is a strong pillar of learning and acquiring different skills. Development, for example, depends on imitating young children of adults around them in their voices and expressive movements.
The child relates to the culture that dominates the life of the family and the large external society, and is influenced by it and imbued with the teachings of religion, traditions, custom and creation, and sometimes myths, myths and some patterns of uncomeous behavior. Thus, from the beginning of his life stages to the end, the individual grows in a cultural framework that interacts with him and nurtures his growth paths and stages of development. This social framework is represented in the child's social environment, his family in which he lives and the influences and cultural relations to which he is exposed in his stages of development.
The family is the first moderator responsible for raising a child, the psychological strength of the individual as it forms the desired different attitudes, values and behavioral standards.
It can be said that the family plays a great role in caring for children - from birth - and in shaping their morals and behavior, and how beautiful is the saying of Omar bin Abdul Aziz - may God have mercy on him - (goodness from God and literature from fathers).
Family and building values and behavior:
Parents have special methods of values and behavior they practice towards their children on different occasions, so parents' deviations are one of the most dangerous things that generate children's deviation.
Value guidance starts within the family first, school and community. It is the family that earns the child his values and knows the truth and wrong, good and evil, and he receives these values without discussion in his first year, where the elements of his personality are determined, and the features of his identity are distinguished in his behavior and morals. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the head of the family to teach his family and children high values and good
Risks facing the family:
There are many risks faced by the family, and it is not possible to elaborate on them, the most prominent of which are briefly addressed:
A- Contradiction in parents’ words and behaviors:
Some parents contradict themselves, and you find them ordering the children to do things while they disagree with them, and these things cause contradiction in the children. The father who lies teaches his children to lie, as well as the mother who deceives her neighbor with the hearing of her daughter teaches her daughter the disadvantages of morality.
B. School-family schizophrenia:
The schizophrenia between the role of the family in care and guidance, and the role of the school in education has many negative effects. Therefore, bridges of cooperation between the family and the school should be built, and an atmosphere of trust and cooperation should be created that helps to promote children towards progression, the peasant, good construction and healthy, informed and giving education.
C. Empty and lack of use of time:

1 - Trying to devote enough time to sitting with children, and exchanging various conversations: social, academic, cultural and other news.
2. Focus on moral education and good ideals, and that parents should be a good role model for their children.
3. Respect for children through mutual respect, awareness development, frankness and clarity.
4 – Understand the psychology of children, and give them confidence in themselves.
5. Involve children in social roles and useful work.
6. Accepting diversity in children's personal choices, such as choosing dress and some hobbies, as long as there are no personal or social caveats.
7. Constant encouragement to children, approval and praise; and even providing gifts and rewards, whenever they present noble and successful deeds in their lives.
8. Do not ridicule and threaten permanent punishment of children, whenever they fail in their studies or make mistakes unintentionally; rather, the problem is touched calmly, trying to overcome the error with wisdom, and good guidance
9. Failure to show the irregularities and disputes that occur between parents in front of the hearing of their children.
10 - Good patience in raising children, enduring what happens to them of stubbornness or disobedience, and praying for their goodness and success.
Hence, I would like to emphasize that the role of the family in caring for children is the strongest pillar of society influencing the formation of children's personality, guiding their behavior, and preparing them for the future capable and effective personalities.

In which direction will the current crises, i.e. the post-pandemic economic crisis triggered by high inflation, the energy crisis, the developing food crisis in some countries and the developing global climate crisis in the long term, change the globalisation processes in the 21st century?
Both the global financial crisis of 2007-2009 and the lockdown and quarantine crisis of 2020 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus pandemic, the disrupted international supply and supply logistics chains and the supply problems of semiconductor-based microprocessors have seriously impeded the development of economic globalisation processes.
In addition, the currently developing crises (energy, food, climate) are also likely to modify globalisation processes in certain ways.
In view of the above, I address the following research question to the esteemed community of researchers and scientists:
In what direction will the current crises, i.e. the post-pandemic economic crisis caused by high inflation, the energy crisis, the developing food crisis in some countries and the developing global climate crisis in the long term, change the processes of globalisation in the 21st century?
How will globalisation change under the impact of the crises currently taking place?

Hi All,
I am doing my MSc dissertation, which is a systematic literature review on the role of standardisation in global marketing. I would like to use a tool to assess or evaluate my selected articles. I initially chose TAPUPAS, but I am looking for another option as I don't want to exclude papers but just rate them to point out limitations. The Denyer and Tranfield guide mentions using the CASP tool. Hence, I am looking for better suggestions or guidelines.

The use of pesticides with a botanical origin goes back at least two millennia in China, Greece, Egypt, and India. Biological pesticides are derived from natural raw materials such as plants, animals, bacteria and minerals.The global market for biopesticides is valued at 3.0 billion USD, accounting for 5% of the global pesticide market. Some benefits offered by biopesticides that make them preferable to conventional synthetic pesticides are: i. they have a specific mode of action, ii. they are biodegradable in nature, and iii. they generate little waste. The synthetic pesticides on the other hands , are harmful to human health, detrimental to the environment and biodiversity, and lead to rapid build-up of resistance in the target pests and pathogens causing number of diseases endemic across crops and geographic regions. While decimating natural enemies of pests and diseases , the surgence of secondary outbreaks is a common phenomenon , thereby , posing another complex dimension of managment . Crop production will have to increase significantly to meet the needs of a rising human population, without damaging the other public goods—environment and social—that farming brings. There will be no ‘silver bullet’ solution to the impending food production challenge. In this background , i invite your responses on following issues:

As you said these three reasons differ between the countries. However, The drop in oil prices united which means all countries' oil prices reduction. This why I din't agree with you and DR Hussein that the three mentioned reasons are the cause or the only cause for oil prices drop. I think there is something like (Borsa) or wall street for oil and there are peoples who control the ropes of the game and they increase or reduce the oil prices according to their interests.

Ricardo's theory of comparative advantages governing trade patterns between two countries is almost universally accepted, yet the new "new" trade theory tells us that countries do not trade, firms do.
And fight for market share among firms is governed by absolute advantages: the winner takes all, the losers file for bankruptcy.
At the difference of countries, firms have almost no possibility to reinvent themselves and start a new line of business: physical and human capital is putty-clay, productive capacity is destroyed when enterprises shut down.
Or not?
The 21st century global market offers new opportunities to evade this confrontational outcome: firms may specialize in varieties and niche markets, avoiding direct confrontation with a leading competitor and becoming multinational leader on their (smaller) market segment.
Or large firms can outsource to more competitive countries the underperforming segments of their value chains in order to remain competitive in their core markets.

Dynamic Capability of an Organization in Management Science
Professor Takahiro Fujimoto sent me a few days ago some of basic papers on dynamic capability. One of them was
D. J. Teece (2007) Explicating Dynamic Capabilities: The Nature and Microfoundations of (Sustainable) Entrepreneurial Performance. Strategic Management Journal 28: 1319-1350.
It is a long paper. I read it skipping several places. Central idea is the existence of dynamic capability compared with static capability. As this is the topic that comprises almost all arguments in management since 1990, it is not easy to explain what the dynamic capability is in a few words. Perhaps we can discuss in detail the content of this concept. It suffices here to say that dynamic capability is presented to differentiate all other management concepts that have a static inclination. Teece sometimes call the latter technical capability in comparison to evolutionary capability. I am not sure if this dichotomy is justified or not. If we include social and human elements among “technical capability,” technical capability may well comprise evolutionary capability.
To return to our main concern, that is, the conceptual differentiation of comparative and competitive advantage, the arguments in management science is highly indicative. If there is something that we can call dynamic capability for a firm or for an organization in general, we can easily guess that a nation or a society with certain coherence would have dynamic capability as well as static capability.
In post number 29, I introduced concepts of technological capability of a society in static and dynamic concepts. This comparison is based on my chapter in Nakaoka (ED.) (1990) and focused on technology. I argued that a society has two different kinds of capability in relation to technology. The static capability enables us to keep the current efficiency of production techniques. The dynamic capability is concerned to improve the efficiency, introduce new commodities, and innovating business operations and management. Except this focus on technology, the only difference between my concepts and Teece is that I am concerned with social or national level capabilities and Teece with firm level capabilities.
This must be the basic reason why management science specialists are willing to argue international competitiveness of a nation, whereas economists (and international trade specialists) are reluctant to talk about country level competitiveness.

Absolutely.  This is tghe reason I always say to my students that in international business, first is culture; then comes economy, politics, markets, consumers, etc.  But first is culture.  I'm not saying that you'll not going to do business but best business only comes with the real knowledge of the culture.  The way things are done abroad and the reasons for that.
