In which direction will the current crises, i.e. the post-pandemic economic crisis triggered by high inflation, the energy crisis, the developing food crisis in some countries and the developing global climate crisis in the long term, change the globalisation processes in the 21st century?
Both the global financial crisis of 2007-2009 and the lockdown and quarantine crisis of 2020 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus pandemic, the disrupted international supply and supply logistics chains and the supply problems of semiconductor-based microprocessors have seriously impeded the development of economic globalisation processes.
In addition, the currently developing crises (energy, food, climate) are also likely to modify globalisation processes in certain ways.
In view of the above, I address the following research question to the esteemed community of researchers and scientists:
In what direction will the current crises, i.e. the post-pandemic economic crisis caused by high inflation, the energy crisis, the developing food crisis in some countries and the developing global climate crisis in the long term, change the processes of globalisation in the 21st century?
How will globalisation change under the impact of the crises currently taking place?

Hi All,
I am doing my MSc dissertation, which is a systematic literature review on the role of standardisation in global marketing. I would like to use a tool to assess or evaluate my selected articles. I initially chose TAPUPAS, but I am looking for another option as I don't want to exclude papers but just rate them to point out limitations. The Denyer and Tranfield guide mentions using the CASP tool. Hence, I am looking for better suggestions or guidelines.
Thanks
The use of pesticides with a botanical origin goes back at least two millennia in China, Greece, Egypt, and India. Biological pesticides are derived from natural raw materials such as plants, animals, bacteria and minerals. The global market for biopesticides is valued at 3.0 billion USD, accounting for 5% of the global pesticide market. Some benefits offered by biopesticides that make them preferable to conventional synthetic pesticides are: i. they have a specific mode of action, ii. they are biodegradable in nature, and iii. they generate little waste. The synthetic pesticides on the other hands , are harmful to human health, detrimental to the environment and biodiversity, and lead to rapid build-up of resistance in the target pests and pathogens causing number of diseases endemic across crops and geographic regions. While decimating natural enemies of pests and diseases , the surgence of secondary outbreaks is a common phenomenon , thereby , posing another complex dimension of managment . Crop production will have to increase significantly to meet the needs of a rising human population, without damaging the other public goods—environment and social—that farming brings. There will be no ‘silver bullet’ solution to the impending food production challenge. In this background , i invite your responses on following issues:
* Major success stories /breakthroughs in biopesticides research
* Current R & D efforts
* Issues of product developemnt as bioformulations
*New trends in biopesticides usage
*Regulatory policy interventions
Thank you for your participation....

Social media likely provides billions of data monetization opportunities in today's global market place. Based on an America job postings (June 1-July 30) analysis, it appears social media and entertainment firms are early data monetization adaptors in the US market.
Are there healthcare or consumer product company data monetization early adoption examples? I am interested in global perspectives.
Consequent to some food-borne incidents in recent years, there have been significant increase in public health concern and decrease in consumer confidence. Despite significant advances in detection tools, regulations, monitoring and consumer education on food safety, reports of food borne illness outbreaks continue to increase. Within the supply chain which is increasingly becoming more complex in the globalized market, adulteration (unintentional or intentional) is the key food safety issue. Increase in imports of food/processed food items due to cost concerns, availability and consumer demand for diverse food products also provide chances for food contamination/adulteration. Regulatory bodies are comforting with major food safety issues including changes in our food production and supply, environmental changes leading to food contamination, new and emerging bacteria, toxins, and antibiotic resistance and consumer preferences and habits leading to increase in imported foods. At this juncture, what should be the effective strategies to address the emerging challenges to provide safe, healthy, nutritious and sustainable produced food to the world's population?
MNCs use CSR methodologies as a strategic tool to gain public support for their presence in global markets. It helps them in sustaining a competitive advantage by using their social contributions. As globalisation accelerates, large corporations have progressively recognised the benefits of operating ethically, and providing CSR programs in their various locations. CSR activities are now being undertaken throughout the globe. Everyone judges companies, whether he invest in them, buys from them, works for them, or just lives near them. In which respect Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Globalisation are inter-related.

We read in the news that oil prices fell because of the US oil stockpiles rise by one million barrels example. Knowing that this amount does not account for something in the oil market, but caused lower oil prices. Why such a large influence for the federal reserve of oil on the global market note that the United States buys the bulk of the oil from the two states, Canada and Mexico, and they were supposed to be affected by this issue, not the world oil market?
SMEs contributes highly in revenue collection of many countries but they have not yet used the advantage of international trade to penetrates global market. How can they penetrate to global market, if supply chain technique be applied?
Ricardo's theory of comparative advantages governing trade patterns between two countries is almost universally accepted, yet the new "new" trade theory tells us that countries do not trade, firms do.
And fight for market share among firms is governed by absolute advantages: the winner takes all, the losers file for bankruptcy.
At the difference of countries, firms have almost no possibility to reinvent themselves and start a new line of business: physical and human capital is putty-clay, productive capacity is destroyed when enterprises shut down.
Or not?
The 21st century global market offers new opportunities to evade this confrontational outcome: firms may specialize in varieties and niche markets, avoiding direct confrontation with a leading competitor and becoming multinational leader on their (smaller) market segment.
Or large firms can outsource to more competitive countries the underperforming segments of their value chains in order to remain competitive in their core markets.
I am looking for opinions, suggestions and papers. Thanks. Hubert

This study concentrates on the integrated marketing communications plan of the Greek company Folli Follie (personal luxury products retailer) and how it is implemented across international culture: the expansion in China.
This report was created to point out the mixed marketing communications plan for Folli Follie, in order to strengthen the FF Group reputation and motivate the end-user confidence. Key factors for this communication are International Culture and Access to Global Market.
We choose to focus on these two topics, because international employees and customers need more guidelines on these specifics.
International Culture: raise awareness upon cultural differences and increase diversification rates.
Access to Global Market: to expand the awareness of the impact of the Global Environment in new emerging markets.
