Thymidylate Synthetase strongly binds to Rna. As RSV Virus is rna virus so treating thymidylate synthetase enzyme with rsv virus causes the enzyme which can bind to rna of other cellular species like of the concerned virus causes mutation in the virus and thus leads to its death. As thymidylate synthetase is an rna binding protein. So it may kill t...

The application of the standard quasi-steady-state approximation to the Michaelis--Menten reaction mechanism is a textbook example of biochemical model reduction, derived using singular perturbation theory. However, determining the specific biochemical conditions that dictate the validity of the standard quasi-steady-state approximation remains a c...

Gaucher's disease is a lysosomal storage disorder of autosomal recessive inheritance. Clinical manifestations of disease are due to accumulation of glucocerebroside characterised by hereditary deficiency of enzyme beta-glucosidase. We hereby present three cases with Gaucher's disease having variable clinical presentation.

The spontaneous emergence of lipid vesicles in the absence of evolved biological machinery represents a major challenge for bottom‐up synthetic biology. We show that coacervate microdroplets could create a compartmentalized environment that enriches lipid molecules and facilitates their spontaneous assembly into lipid vesicles. These vesicles can e...

Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)-deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a rare subtype of RCC characterized by the presence of a germline mutation in one of the four subunits of the SDH enzyme complex (SDHA, SDHB, SDHC and SDHD). Together with a somatic second hit, these variants lead to the loss of function of the SDH complex. SDH-deficient RCC asso...
