Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system, tax settlements and online data transfer between business entities and tax office institutions increase the tightness of the tax system, increase the scale of tax collection, increase the scale of tax revenue to the state's public finance system?
In recent years, in economies characterized by a high level of development of ICT, Internet and Industry 4.0/5.0 information technologies, the scale of the impact of these technologies on the economic processes taking place is also growing. The aforementioned technologies are becoming one of the important factors of production in developed knowledge-based economies. More and more companies, enterprises, financial and public institutions are implementing the aforementioned technologies in order to improve economic processes, to increase the efficiency of the processes carried out in various spheres of economic and business activities. The implementation of the aforementioned new technologies into various spheres of business entities and public institutions increases the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy. One of the spheres of the aforementioned process of digitization and Internetization of the economy is also the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system carried out by various entities operating in the economy, including citizens and business entities paying taxes to the institutions of tax offices. On the other hand, the issue of communication carried out remotely via the Internet between public institutions, including institutions of the fiscal system with citizens and business entities, companies and enterprises may improve. For citizens and business entities, the increase in the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy may be associated with the convenience associated with the development of Internet-based remote communication. On the other hand, increasing the scale of digitization and Internetization of remote communication processes and tax settlements carried out online between citizens, business entities and institutions of the fiscal system may also contribute to reducing the scale of development of the shadow economy, avoidance of paying taxes to the state and, consequently, to increasing the scale of sealing the tax system.
In view of the above, I address the following question to the esteemed community of scientists and researchers:
Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system, tax settlements and online data transfer between business entities and tax office institutions increase the tightness of the tax system, increase the scale of tax collection, increase the scale of tax revenues to the state's public finance system?
Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system increase the tightness of the tax system?

I need current and engaging articles on Attitudes, Self-monitoring, organisational culture AND Digital records preservation
For a project I am looking for a Museum collection, that is both well tidied, has high standards concerning preservation and organisation of specimens. It should be open (publicly available search books) and welcoming to visiting researchers. A digital database with preferably openly available pictures should exist. I am looking for a collection state to strive for so to say.
In a clinical trial setting, medication adherence is easy to assess. However, the same cannot be said for the real-world situation, where patient adherence becomes a behavioral construct. Digital and technological measures such as reminders via SMS, emails, and wearable devices have attempted to improve adherence but are subject to the willingness of the patient to comply. What are the feasible assessment criteria that can be used by payors and reimbursement authorities in the subject area of medication adherence to encourage innovation from industry?

Hello everyone:)
Can anyone recommend me some publications on data destruction? I am looking for e.g. publications concerning:
- the use of microwave radiation in the destruction of data or data carriers,
- analyzes of thermal resistance of data carriers, Curie temperature for the magnetic layer of hard drives, resistance of NAND systems,
- solutions used in the chemical destruction of data carriers,
but also other methods of data destruction, both physical and software (e.g. overwriting).
Or maybe someone knows and uses some unusual or little-known data destruction methods?
Hello everyone! I am new to this platform, I am looking for this book: "Bioquimica del estres Oxidativo" (Diego Camps, 2010)

We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:
- The list makes sense and, if not, what should be added/deleted/changed?
- Is there a publication that provides better framework to operationalize governance? And if yes please suggest the reference.
Our list builds on digital health system architecture and domains and asks the question about required arrangements that could help adequately govern the stated domain.
- Governance and Policy - who defines who is in charge for overall governance of the digital health system development and setting the policies/rules?
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) - who regulates/identifies the content of the record, sets the digital standard for the data contained in the EHR?
- Health Information Security and Privacy - who is responsible and how this is being achieved?
- Standards and Interoperability - who is responsible to set or adopt numerous standrds that digital health system requires?
- Infrastructure and Connectivity - who is responsible?
- Health Analytics and Insights - who is responsible?
We would like to hear your thoughts, suggestions, criticism and guidance.
How do AI applications differ from smart technologies
(medical devices, digital diagnostics, data management
systems) already used in medical practice? Can we establish some distinct differences between these two technologies and how they relate in functionality and use in the medical field.
Recently I have come across many note-taking apps and it is confusing on what grounds one should decide which app to use or which combination of apps to use in our day-to-day life for productivity and remembering all of the things throughout the day.

In a Supply Chain, digital transformation a lot of resilience through data diagnostics, demand sensing and inventory optimisation. However, the world still revolves around a poor execution of the same.
In my opinion, digital transformation is failing for reasons, including
1. Lack of goals: Absence of a digital strategy and goal
2. Resistance to change: Employees may be unwilling to change or fear losing status or job security
3. Data silos
4. Lack of expertise to lead digitization initiatives
5. High implementation costs: (highly important, specially for a country like India)
I was trying to find a way, if it is even possible in the foreseeable future, for global supply chains to transform digitally. This would allow to be proactive and avoid disruptions amidst times in the past, like COVID-19. Additionally, it would also protect the value chain.
If digital and analogous worlds are assumed to be complementary, where do I find things such as digital culture, nature or fashion? Is there a trail to digital nature?

Hi. I am interested in the following: having a high resolution spectrum by NMR (e.g. a 400 MHz), I want to modify it digitally to see how the same spectrum would look like in low resolution (e.g. in a 60 MHz). I know that the sensitivity of the equipment would be lower, but I would take that into account. I've been thinking about applying some calculation on the FID to reduce the resolution obtained, but I can't find the key. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful. Best regards. José Raúl.

Most of us know by now, or since November 2022, the game-changing effects of ChatGPT and its derivatives. While the paradigm shift remains global, digital inequality remains a global challenge. The consensus is that these chat boxes are here to stay and will continue transforming how we do business. The good news so far is that productivity will be significantly improved.
The Bill Gates Foundation recently funded five organizations to develop and implement AI-based initiatives in poor countries. The question now is: How will AI improve RBM?
In my AI digital textbook (AI learning system), students will receive additional content and questions tailored to their level, determined through a pretest and also according to their preference.
I am seeking guidance on the extent to which the AI learning system should make recommendations.
Should it recommend only the questions and contents that students are only weak at, or is it beneficial to suggest content slightly beyond their current level, as indicated by certain studies?
Also, glad to discuss the AI digital textbook overall or anything about it, because I'm currently developing it in the foreign language teaching context. Thanks.

If there are books on this topic, do share their titles.
The term NDE 4.0 originates from the idea of the fourth industrial revolution, or Industry 4.0. It is defined as the cyber-physical confluence between non-destructive testing and evaluation (NDT&E) and digital technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Robotics, Advanced Sensing, and Sensor Networks. These ideas have the potential to become a cyber-physical NDE ecosystem (similar to the ongoing transformations in the medical and mobile communication sectors) that reshapes many traditional NDE, structural health monitoring, and prognoses. NDE 4.0 is also about the inspection of new generations of multi-functional components like additively manufactured parts and about fully automated inspection systems integrated into smart factories. Interest in this interdisciplinary field is growing and has the potential to involve all aspects of NDE. This special issue is focused on NDE 4.0, especially from a physics perspective.

Illegal wildlife trade (IWT) in cybermarkets is a growing issue around the world. Scientists, therefore, are adapting strategies to a new paradigm regarding biodiversity conservation at the internet speed: we need analytical methods in common, sensitize stakeholders, and join efforts to maximize our actions.
I seek for potential illegalities regarding the trade of Brazilian species on the internet and mostly use Web Scraper to sample pages and their content - which I train my "digital robots" to catch.
My main goals are to find, monitor, and expose these marketplaces in order to neutralize advertisements and sensitize public opinion on the risks of digital biopiracy (mostly IWT through internet).
If you know any other method for capturing information on the internet, please, let me know.
Thank you for your help.
Experience of some countries around the world in digital asset management
I did a piezoelectric test with a digital oscilloscope and when I hit it with my hand only once I saw it rise and fall several times instead of just once. Immediately after the impact was stopped, the output was stable, but during the impact, it seemed as if there were several impacts. Does anyone know why? Why are multiple outputs recorded? And what is the solution?
The image on the left of each peak shows the increase in output during each hit. In the enlarged image on the right, you can see the image on the left that the voltage has reached its maximum and minimum in each stroke about 10-12 times.

While TV has TRP ratings and newspapers rely on IRS readership data, radio's dependence on an IRS-based system doesn't align with its needs.

Generation Z and Generation Alpha have been born into a digitally saturated world wherein images, videos, animations, and cartoons, among other multimodal ensembles, are their daily diet. They live between physical and virtual worlds. Digital technology and AI have given way to diverse learning modes, and it would be odd to continue teaching such generations using only the traditional alphabetic mode.
Is there any package or code that can give a high accuracy for a solution to Non-linear equations or Eigen-problems, with let us say 500 digits?
I tried the "so called" (vpa function) which is a variable-precision floating-point arithmetic, but it deals with input symbolically, and in somehow goes incorrectly.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Presented by: Dr Nicole Johnson - Executive Director, Canadian Digital Learning Research Association/Association canadienne de recherche sur la formation en ligne
From flexible learning modalities to the rise of artificial intelligence, the past few years have highlighted the potential that digital technologies hold for transforming post-secondary learning experiences. From an accessibility standpoint, the incorporation of digital technologies into teaching and learning may break down barriers for some, yet may also create barriers for others.
In this session, Dr Nicole Johnson, Executive Director of the Canadian Digital Learning Research Association will present current digital learning trends and their associated benefits and challenges. With an emphasis on the future, and the trends we are likely to see unfold in the near future, Dr Johnson will explore the implications of technology integration and provide recommendations for providing high calibre, inclusive learning experiences going forward. Topics discussed will include: learning modalities, open educational resources (OER), artificial intelligence, and faculty and student preferences.
How can digital transformation be measured in public administrations?
I need clarifications between digital and non digital teaching methods.
Is non digital teaching method same as traditional teaching methods ?
Thank you
I work in drug syngergistic studies, so we are thinking that the D3000e dispenser from TECAN (former by Hewlett Packerd) could be a good solution to reduce our pipetting tasks. Has anyone used this equipment before? How has been your experinece? Could be usen under sterile conditions?
I'd be glad if any of you could tell me how has been the use of this dispenser.
Thanks!
Hi all,
Do you know what are the available techniques used to determine the average speckle size found on speckle patterns prepared to conduct digital image correlation (DIC)?
For example, I have found this, where auto-correlation and radial averaging are used:
Which other techniques are you aware of? I am mainly interested on the techniques/procedure/algorithms rather than the tools (software).
Best wishes,
Gustavo
Was possibly exposed to HIV when someone physically attacked me(break of skin/blood exposure) I had IMMEDIATELY administered rose water topically, had administered Apple Cider Vinegar on top of that (stinging took place) ginger was fine. Day later, slight stiffness, no bubbling of sites;used movement (flexion/extension of digits) seems to subside

I am working on a meta-analysis where i have extracted the data directly from KM curves via web plot digitizer to calculate HRs for the studies that reported only KM Curves. One of the study has three curves and web plot digitizer would give me a total of three groups. I was wondering if it is appropriate to combine the data for two of those groups and calculate an overall HR for a meta-analysis? Keeping in view that it is a time-event data and there's censoring too. I tried using the method elaborated by Cochrane but it gave me a really wide confidence Interval.
Anyone having any lead of how to deal with this?
