In recent years, in economies characterized by a high level of development of ICT, Internet and Industry 4.0/5.0 information technologies, the scale of the impact of these technologies on the economic processes taking place is also growing. The aforementioned technologies are becoming one of the important factors of production in developed knowledge-based economies. More and more companies, enterprises, financial and public institutions are implementing the aforementioned technologies in order to improve economic processes, to increase the efficiency of the processes carried out in various spheres of economic and business activities. The implementation of the aforementioned new technologies into various spheres of business entities and public institutions increases the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy. One of the spheres of the aforementioned process of digitization and Internetization of the economy is also the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system carried out by various entities operating in the economy, including citizens and business entities paying taxes to the institutions of tax offices. On the other hand, the issue of communication carried out remotely via the Internet between public institutions, including institutions of the fiscal system with citizens and business entities, companies and enterprises may improve. For citizens and business entities, the increase in the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy may be associated with the convenience associated with the development of Internet-based remote communication. On the other hand, increasing the scale of digitization and Internetization of remote communication processes and tax settlements carried out online between citizens, business entities and institutions of the fiscal system may also contribute to reducing the scale of development of the shadow economy, avoidance of paying taxes to the state and, consequently, to increasing the scale of sealing the tax system.
In view of the above, I address the following question to the esteemed community of scientists and researchers:
Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system, tax settlements and online data transfer between business entities and tax office institutions increase the tightness of the tax system, increase the scale of tax collection, increase the scale of tax revenues to the state's public finance system?

We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:
  1. The list makes sense and, if not, what should be added/deleted/changed?
  2. Is there a publication that provides better framework to operationalize governance? And if yes please suggest the reference.
Our list builds on digital health system architecture and domains and asks the question about required arrangements that could help adequately govern the stated domain.

Hi. I am interested in the following: having a high resolution spectrum by NMR (e.g. a 400 MHz), I want to modify it digitally to see how the same spectrum would look like in low resolution (e.g. in a 60 MHz). I know that the sensitivity of the equipment would be lower, but I would take that into account. I've been thinking about applying some calculation on the FID to reduce the resolution obtained, but I can't find the key. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful. Best regards. José Raúl.

It is unfortunately not possible to lower the resolution of a spectrum in the way you wish.
The resonance frequencies you see in the spectrum are what they are. If you had, for example, a doublet at 1 ppm, with a coupling constant of 10 Hz ad recorded it on a 500 MHz spectrometer, you would see one peak at 495 Hz and one peak at 505 Hz, or 1.01 ppm and 0.99 ppm. The fid does not contain information about how these peaks are connected, and a spectrum containing two singlets at the same positions would give an identical fid.
Recording the same sample on a 600 MHz instrument would give a doublet with peaks at 595 and 605 Hz, or 1.0083 ppm and 0.9917 ppm for the case of a doublet and if it were two singlets instead the chemical shifts would be the same as for the 500 MHz instrument.

O Repositório Arquivístico Digital Confiável (RDC-Arq) surge com a finalidade de suprir a demanda da arquivística moderna no século XXI com políticas e praticas que preservem o documento arquivístico digital e sua autenticidade ao longo do tempo.
Neste sentido, as ISOS e Normas são primordiais para garantirem a integridade e confialibidade dos documentos a níveis nacionais e internacionais. Entende-se então, a partir de experiências passadas com os primeiros documentos digitais produzidos e acumulados na internet, que a aplicação destas normas e principios arquivisticos descritas pelas ISO's 16.363 e 16919, por exemplo, são essenciais e sem elas, não é possivel garantir com exatidão a confiabilidade de qualquer documento que esteja na disponível na internet.
Um documento digital mesmo fora da internet não é, necessariamente, livre de alterações, maliciosas ou não, portanto, mesmo fora dela, esses documentos devem garantir a sua autenticidade para servirem de prova, por exemplo, o caso dos documentos em sacolas pláticas que foram descartados como prova por não conseguirem garantir a "cadeia de custódia e a higidez técnica" segundo o juiz Dias Toffoli.

O texto em destaque trás um panorama acerca do RDC-arq e suas funções. Aprendemos que os RDC são extremamente importantes na preservação dos documentos digital. Os RDC-arq surgem da necessidade de um local de preservação confiável no ambiente digital, pois os métodos de preservação arquivísticos em suporte papel são diferentes e se aplicados no suporte digital, não garantem a autenticidade além de quebrar a cadeia de custódia do documento e perder sua validade. O RDC vem da Resolução nº 43 e da Norma ISO 14721 e construíram o modelo OAIS, que possui pacotes de gestão e controle, arquivamento e preservação, e também difusão. É um ambiente onde o documento original não fica na rede da internet, mas sim em um local seguro nesses pacotes, evitando perda e fraldes. Além da norma ISO 14721 do RDC-arq, a Resolução nº 43 também trouxe a ISO 16363 e a Iso 16919. Que, respectivamente, servem para auditar e certificar o RDC e a outra para auditar e certificar quem auditou e certificou o RDC.

It is easy to be discouraged by old seismic data. Improving it by further processing depends on that's been done to it already. Getting it on a workstation may be an end in itself, especially if there is a large grid.
Lots of places in the world only have old seismic lines. They should be used. If necessary, interpretation software can actually handle image files as is (scanned in).

I will indicate some articles that supported me both in the laboratory experiences and in programming the correlation codes, since I do not use commercial software. They follow:
Here are presented several techniques for applying the texture pattern on the specimens. This pattern needs to have randomness and contrast, since the area of interest of the reference image will be sought in the area of interest of the deformed image throughout the tests. I agree here that the spray application technique with white and black paint is more common, but in metallic specimens there is an expectation of a better texture pattern with the application of black pilot and white drops. To find the correlation of image gray intensities, I recommend this article: Study on subset size selection in digital image correlation for speckle patterns. Where the mathematical forms for correlation are presented. This you can apply using Matlab for example.
Another way is using CPCorr and adjusting its subset tentatively, based on the resolution of your image, for example. Mathematical forms of correlation will always search within the image matrix for the smallest correlation.

I don’t think you may have been infected because from the pic it seems to me that the cut is superficial. Instead of focusing on the time of exposure, you should try to find out the viral load of the patient whose blood you had been exposed to. How much area of the wound was exposed to the infected blood and how deep was the wound. These are the critical factors to consider during the occurrence of such an incident.
Nevertheless, to clear your doubts, you better do the HIV test which I presume will come negative. This does not mean that you have not contracted the virus. There is a brief window period immediately following HIV infection during which the body is undergoing a process called “seroconversion.” This could result in a negative test for HIV. During seroconversion, the body develops HIV antibodies to attack the virus. Seroconversion typically happens within 1 to 3 weeks of exposure. You should get a HIV test done 3 months later after the date of exposure to the virus. It will give you accurate test result.
As a precautionary measure, you need a post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for HIV which is a treatment to suppress the virus and prevent infection after exposure. PEP should be taken within 72 hours of possible exposure to HIV. So it is important to seek treatment immediately.
FYI: The risk of getting HIV from a needle stick injury is less than 1%, the risk of exposure from direct skin contact with the fluid is less than 0.1% and the risk of infection from a human bite is between 0.1% and 1%.

I am working on a meta-analysis where i have extracted the data directly from KM curves via web plot digitizer to calculate HRs for the studies that reported only KM Curves. One of the study has three curves and web plot digitizer would give me a total of three groups. I was wondering if it is appropriate to combine the data for two of those groups and calculate an overall HR for a meta-analysis? Keeping in view that it is a time-event data and there's censoring too. I tried using the method elaborated by Cochrane but it gave me a really wide confidence Interval.
Anyone having any lead of how to deal with this?

In my experience, estimated data (e.g.: data retrieved from KM) will usually give you a "really wide" confidence interval as you say. Personally, I would have computed all three groups as three individual studies for the meta-analysis (in addition to other studies).
