I've seen a study using room temperature but normally other articles use 37C cell incubator to store and let cells repair their damage and fix them.

For longer intervals/assessment, incubation with 37C is preferable.

Seeing what is happening right now in Colombia, about demobilised FARC members being killed after they handed over their weapons, is there any other case in the world where this happened? Former combatants being killed or threatened after they disarmed?

Answer
You could research what happened in Colombia as well, back in the 80´s when the Farc's first demobilized and formed the UP political party. Around 3.000 former combatants were killed. We have for sure an historical debt in this issue.

How does Data Direction Register (DDR) pull up resistor circuit work in Atmega Micro controllers, configuring the registers to function as Output and Inputs depending on the DDR values 1 and 0 respectively? How is it working physically at the circuit level?

Answer
DDRx itself says its data direction, we can 'tristate' make the corresponding pin as o/p with this register. For enabling and disabling the pull ups we should use the PORTx, after setting the corresponding DDRx register. If the DDRx bit is enabled, this will in turn turn on a mosfet attached to a resistor. This will "pull up " the corresponding pin.
