What is the validity of the obtained data on the polygraph in patients with multiple sclerosis

I understand that McDonald's omega is an index of the general factor saturation of a set of items based on a factor analysis. I need to test the reliability of my newly developed psychological scale with such an alternative measure (omega) but, currently, I cannot (do not know how to) do it. My present work (or need) is a bit urgent to the extent that time may not allow me to learn the techniques (procedural nitty-gritty) having the analysis done. So please, let me have somebody who can do it. 3698 respondents completed the new scale which has 4 subscales and a total of about 70 items. We will negotiate the contract accordingly.

I want to classify sleep stages using Polygraph readings (EEG,EOG,EMG). I will be using neuro-fuzzy approach for this. How can I devise the fuzzy rules for the same? Can you recommend a particular paper to follow?

My study is about detecting deception through the polygraph. My variables are ordinal and they all represent participants' level of deception detection to each question asked during the examination. I was thinking that appropriate is the one sample t-test but i would appreciate advice.

I conducted an experiment on polygraph to test its efficiency. Participants' scores were ranked as 2 for the highest score, as 1 for the second highest and as 0 for all the rest. In SPSS i set the values as 0 for low efficiency and as 1 for high efficiency. Is my variable scale or ordinal?

I assume many of you have done a similar task like this: I would like to present a video clip of recorded behaviors along with the corresponding polygraph simultaneously. I am thinking of creating a simple vertical line that moves from left to right along the time axis on the EEG at a speed that synchronized with the video. Perhaps the EEG traces behind this vertical line can turn darker from gray to help visualization. What software(s) do I need to create this moving line (or moving boundary of areas with different transparency) and to superimpose to the EEG? Thank you.
