I'm looking for examples and/or case studies about inclusive mobility services (any mobility). The research is on the European context, but any relevant example outside this geographical area is welcomed.

I was wondering if anyone has examples and/or case studies of services relating waterways transportation (people and goods). The research is on the European context, but any relevant example outside this geographical area is welcomed.

Some details to narrow down what my team and I are looking for:

- name of the service (if existing), or the company/authority that manages/delivers it;

- location, environmental aspects, management issues, and any relevant socio-economic detail;

- description of the solution developed such as: products, boats, services, management approach, participatory methodology, etc.;

- any relevant aspect about harbours, docks, ferries (boats in general), and routes.

I am working on mobility behavior understanding of people from their digital trails. In this context I would like to know more about "mobility as a service" (MaaS) which is an emerging research area.

I am looking for some papers (especially literature survey type) MaaS. A quick online search shows a number of information on MaaS, but most of them are through blog posts or some case study which gives a limited idea. I am interested in some research articles or a survey report on MaaS. Any help would be much appreciated. 

I am particularly interested in evidence based studies that support or refute the claim that MaaS has many benefits such as decreasing costs to the user, reduce city congestion, and reduce emissions as more users rely on public transit components or electric, autonomous vehicles.

Are there any AI-based solutions for service discovery which take the mobility of node into account?

I'm currently writing my master’s thesis at the Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with the Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, which evaluates the design and implementation of the MaaS (Mobility as a Service).  To design a customer-centric mobility, I created a survey to understand the needs and problems of the users and identify their preferences.  The questionnaire takes only a few minutes of your time.
