Is there any relationship between customer satisfaction and environmental friendly behavior?

Dear colleagues,

For long, the behavior of the wasps of Vespidae in lay eggs into empty cells is known and regarded as a synapomorphy of the group. But in view of the evolutionary perspective, what can we say about this behavior? Can it be considered as a important adaptation of these wasps? Is there a reason of it, e. g. some kind evolutionary pressure?

By WOM I mean a consequence variable ( the intention to share and talk about one's own positive experience) not as an antecedent ( the experience of other customers).

I am researching in the areas of customer loyalty and switching behaviors for e-commerce stores. I would need help in the literature reviews related to the concepts and the gradual model developments and studies conducted by the researchers.

I am working on the 'management of bad customer behavior at the customers' front desk'. What are your ideas about it? What can organizations possibly do that would effectively manage the 'bad behavior' of customers? Regardless of intentional or unintentional bad behavior. 

Organisms adapt their behavior and physiology to environmental conditions

through processes of phenotypic plasticity. The division of labor among the honey bees involves a stereotyped yet plastic pattern of behavioral and physiological maturation. The reproductive division of labor depends on colony status and demand. Changes in individual nutritional status and conserved food-related molecular and hormonal pathways regulate the development and maturation leading to the reproductive division of labor. Nutritional regulation of honey bee behavior and phenotypic plasticity in general, are under colony control and few individuals have control over it. This kind of behavioral evolution is well suited and established one in honey bee depending upon their need and struggle they have in life.

Now question ? is, how did reproductive behavior got lost and not evolved in individuals (mainly workers) with "time" of evolution? Did other species opt otherwise depending upon their need and environment?

We are estimating the psychometric properties of a new adaptive behavior test.  The ratings at the item level are ordinal. In the past we have used and reported internal consistency using Cronbach alphas - on similar rating scales/tests. Recently, I read some papers discussing the merits of ordinal alphas over Cronbach alpha.

These are two indespensibe feature of a being which assist in living in a predator's area
