I would like to ask about mentoring - do you have experience with reverse mentoring? It means - when mentor is younger or less experienced, but still has particular knowledge and can teach you, mentor in some professional field?

I am interested in hearing from you. I recently saw a GenAI-driven platform mentor math teachers who are adjusting their teaching to suit the class best.

It was remarkably accurate (so I was told, as I am not a mathematician) and had been set up by the company to act in more of a coaching style.

I have researched various pros and cons around this question, but I want your thoughts on trusting GenAi with your career decisions.

I am looking for research, in particular, that explores how faculty working excessive hours and burnout impacts the quality of education and financial stability of a program, including the impact on the quality of teaching, quality of mentoring, student retention, and related factors. I am also interested in other key terms to use in searching the academic databases.

Examples should align with What Works Clearinghouse Standards.  

Target Audience - low income/first generation students in grades 8-12

How librarians can get involved in the teaching of reading skills and best practice relationships with the reading coach/specialist.
