Increasing privileged rights of internet users is shared out without their consent? What can be done to enforce protection personal identification information? 

We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:

Some authors use both terms when they speak of the new phase of e-Government, placing the emphasis on the role of citizens. Others seem to differentiate Digital Governance from E-governance.

Can you provide examples of syllabus used in undergraduate (1st cycle) or graduate (2nd cycle) courses on digital government or digital governance? I’m interested in compiling information about university courses addressing these subjects, both in the scope of public administration and information technology programs. Other designations could be e-government, e-governance, transformational government, open government, smart government, or any variation of those. Recently Zayd Minty from Cape Town University, raised a discussion about popularizing academic research on cultural governance in global south cities.

GS studies are gaining traction and some believe (me too) that it could gain a lot from GS own academic perspective and as well as from popular writing.

So I would like to know if there are already e.g. Journal, Regular Publications, Digital Communities, Blogs that this RG community consider relevant in this area.
