We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:
- The list makes sense and, if not, what should be added/deleted/changed?
- Is there a publication that provides better framework to operationalize governance? And if yes please suggest the reference.
Our list builds on digital health system architecture and domains and asks the question about required arrangements that could help adequately govern the stated domain.
- Governance and Policy - who defines who is in charge for overall governance of the digital health system development and setting the policies/rules?
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) - who regulates/identifies the content of the record, sets the digital standard for the data contained in the EHR?
- Health Information Security and Privacy - who is responsible and how this is being achieved?
- Standards and Interoperability - who is responsible to set or adopt numerous standrds that digital health system requires?
- Infrastructure and Connectivity - who is responsible?
- Health Analytics and Insights - who is responsible?
We would like to hear your thoughts, suggestions, criticism and guidance.

Can you provide examples of syllabus used in undergraduate (1st cycle) or graduate (2nd cycle) courses on digital government or digital governance? I’m interested in compiling information about university courses addressing these subjects, both in the scope of public administration and information technology programs. Other designations could be e-government, e-governance, transformational government, open government, smart government, or any variation of those. If you have an example, please answer with a link to the course syllabus or upload a file, preferably in English. Your help would be most appreciated.

As we witness the rollout of 5G and the early development of 6G technologies, it's crucial to understand their broader societal implications. This discussion aims to bring together diverse perspectives from researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to explore the multi-dimensional impact of these advanced wireless technologies. Key areas for exploration include:
Communication Evolution: How will 5G and 6G redefine our ways of connecting? What new forms of communication might emerge, and how could they influence personal and professional interactions?
Smart Cities and Urban Development: With higher speeds and lower latencies, 5G and 6G have the potential to revolutionize urban infrastructure. What changes can we expect in city living, public services, and urban governance?
Bridging or Widening the Digital Divide: As these technologies advance, there's a risk of exacerbating the digital divide. What strategies can be implemented to ensure inclusive access, especially in underserved or rural areas?
Privacy and Data Security: Enhanced connectivity also raises significant privacy and security concerns. How can we balance the benefits of advanced networks with the need to protect individual privacy and data?
Economic Impacts and Job Market Shifts: These technologies are set to transform various industries. What economic shifts are anticipated, and how might they affect employment across different sectors?
Health and Environmental Effects: There are ongoing debates about the health implications of exposure to higher frequency waves and the environmental cost of network infrastructure. What does current research say, and what further studies are needed?
Your insights, research, and experiences are invaluable to this discussion. Please share your thoughts, findings, and any relevant studies to help us collectively understand the societal impact of 5G and 6G technologies.

Recently Zayd Minty from Cape Town University, raised a discussion about popularizing academic research on cultural governance in global south cities.
GS studies are gaining traction and some believe (me too) that it could gain a lot from GS own academic perspective and as well as from popular writing.
So I would like to know if there are already e.g. Journal, Regular Publications, Digital Communities, Blogs that this RG community consider relevant in this area.
Are there some academic clusters known for publications in this subject?
Thank you...
