Preschool Mélange Here’s my theory!
Question

Here’s my theory!
Preschool Mélange.
The triangulation of each essential complexity, through the lenses of the past and current preschools, proposes a futuristic new preschool design. After obtaining four degrees in early childhood education and conducting fifty years of research, I have happily completed my theory. I wanted to contact you because your interests possibly align with my research, which is briefly discussed below.
Preschool Mélange:
Theory of Preschool Essential Complexities with Multiple-Triangulation.
Mélange’s essential complexities are formulae into practical applications that provide recommendations and solutions for environmental design. This proposal is to collaborate to start a new preschool with serendipity. It’s a new real grassroots approach with a wonderful mixture of concepts framing the preschool experience. One goal of a new environment is to provide children with a way to achieve their full potential. The Preschool Mélange identifies different issues and concerns with recommendations and solutions.
The problem is the preschool environment designs have inadequacies, leading to teachers leaving the profession and incident reports of child misbehavior and absences. Preschool teachers are experiencing challenges in the classroom and need training. Some preschools reported incidents of children having ongoing misbehavior. The current classroom designs (in both indoor and outdoor) environments need to be changed. Integrating the building design, the floor plan, arranging the classrooms, and assessing the toys and materials provides a way to achieve teacher retention, and children behaving.
The method of multiple triangulations explores the conceptual framework of teacher retention, the director’s training, and transformational leadership. The concept of change requires teacher training in the classroom. This integrates the educational research of John Dewey, B. M. Bass, Robert Yin, Emotional Intelligence, California Department of Education, Policies and Rules. Recommendations and results in the manuscript on the “List of Best Practices for Teacher Retention.” The concepts in the Mélange of preschool essential complexities integrate the practical application of the physical environment and the teacher training.
Another triangulation evaluated play time, child theories, and human development. This study explored current issues about child playtime and concepts integrating serendipity. Another part of the probe of child development theories by Froebel, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Piaget, and Ericson. Also, integrated books and research about human development and self-reflection. Including The Passion Hunter: A Guide to Living in the Present, by Melanie Smith, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle, and Einstein’s M-Theory of Magic, Mystery, and Matrix. Data is available for appraisals, assessments, and surveys.
Integrating the building design, the floor plan, and the design of the classrooms provides a new perspective. Triangulation: Essential complexities in Design and Arrangement of indoors and outdoors, Floor plan - Assessment of Environment, and the list of the materials, supplies, and toys. Design: Integrating theories, including ECERS, Eight Intelligence, and arrangement of indoors and outdoors. Floor Plan: Assessing the practical application of the environment. Essential materials, supplies, toys. Data is available for pilot study at Little Poppies Preschool, experiences of Serendipity, illustrations, and inventions.
The concepts in my research can be an effective tool for making corrections through practical application. I will contribute to the success of others by revealing concepts about my theory. My long history of preschool research, and the mixture of the past, with a novel approach, creates a wonderful conceptual framework of all the preschool’s essential complexities. I propose using a grassroots approach to collaborate. Let’s talk! The illustration below explains how multiple issues in preschool combined a new perspective of Preschool Mélange.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

How do you feel about the continued killing in Palestine since 7 October until now?
Question
  • Oct 2023
Women and children represent more than 62% of the fatalities caused by the Israeli attacks in Palestine. Are not the children of Palestine like children in other parts of the world?1 Do not they have the right to live? Is not illegal to launch non-discriminant attacks that harvest the lives of those children every minute? Isn’t cruel to prevent food and medical supplies to reach those helpless and needy who can not really harm a fly?

Importance of pediatric palliative care services in India?
Question
  • Feb 2024
Pediatric palliative care services are of paramount importance in India due to several reasons:
  1. Unique Needs of Children: Children with life-limiting illnesses have specific physical, emotional, and developmental needs that differ from those of adults. Pediatric palliative care services are tailored to address these unique requirements, focusing on pain management, symptom control, and psychosocial support.
  2. Improving Quality of Life: Palliative care aims to enhance the quality of life for children with serious illnesses and their families by alleviating pain and discomfort, promoting comfort, and facilitating emotional and spiritual support. In a country like India, where access to healthcare can be challenging, palliative care ensures that children receive holistic support to improve their overall well-being.
  3. Family-Centered Care: Pediatric palliative care in India emphasizes a family-centered approach, recognizing the crucial role of parents and caregivers in the care of a sick child. It provides support and guidance to families, helping them cope with the emotional and practical challenges associated with caring for a seriously ill child.
  4. Enhancing Dignity and Respect: Palliative care affirms the dignity and respect of the child, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are addressed with compassion and empathy. In a society like India, where cultural beliefs and practices play a significant role in end-of-life care, pediatric palliative care services help navigate these complexities while honoring the child's wishes and values.
  5. Capacity Building and Education: There is a growing recognition of the need to build capacity and raise awareness about pediatric palliative care among healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the public in India. By integrating palliative care principles into medical education and training programs, and by advocating for policy reforms and resource allocation, the healthcare system can better meet the needs of children with life-limiting illnesses.Pediatric palliative care services are of paramount importance in India due to several reasons: Unique Needs of Children: Children with life-limiting illnesses have specific physical, emotional, and developmental needs that differ from those of adults. Unsolved medical mysteries?
Question
  • Jan 2018
Water allergy
This may sound impossible – considering that our bodies are around 60% water – but some rare individuals are allergic to water.
They can still drink the stuff, of course. It’s washing that causes the problem. A few minutes in the bath or shower causes their skin to erupt in itchy red weals.
This rare condition (known, medically as aquagenic urticaria), was first described in 1964.
Its cause is still a mystery: it could be due to a toxic response when water touches the skin, or to an extreme sensitivity to ions in the water.
Chimeric people
Imagine going for genetic tests along with your children, only to find that you can’t possibly be their biological mother – despite the fact that you gave birth to them.
This isn’t science fiction. It has actually happened to a few people around the world.
In the case, it turned out that the mother was a chimera (a mix of two individuals). She was the composite of two non-identical twins that had fused in her mother’s womb.
No-one knows how common chimeras are, but with the rise of fertility treatments and genetic testing, more chimeras are likely to be created and discovered.
Foreign accent syndrome
If you wake up talking with a strong Jamaican accent, despite the fact that you’ve never even heard a Jamaican accent before, then the chances are you’re suffering from foreign accent syndrome.
The best known case of this syndrome dates from 1941, when a Norwegian woman was ostracised after she was injured during an air raid and began talking with a strong German accent.
This syndrome was once regarded as a psychological disorder, but it’s now thought to be a neurological one, which comes about when a stroke or injury damages the part of the brain associated with speech.
The real mystery is how people talk with an accent they’ve never been exposed to – though recently scientists have come up with a possible explanation. The “foreign-ness” of a sufferer’s accent might simply be due to the listener struggling to interpret the change in the sufferer’s speech patterns.
Morgellons disease
The symptoms: fibres growing out of itchy lesions, accompanied by a biting, crawling sensation, as if the sufferer is being attacked by a parasite.
Thousands of people around the world report these unpleasant symptoms and claim that they’re suffering from Morgellons disease – a physical ailment whose cause is, as yet, unknown.
But present these symptoms to most doctors, and they’ll tell you you’re suffering from a well-known psychological disorder called delusional parasitosis – an unshakeable belief that sensations of crawling on or under the skin are caused by parasites, despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary.
Who is right? The jury is still out, but some medics are beginning to take a serious look at Morgellons. One suggestion is that the fibres could be the result of an infection by the bacterium Agrobacterium, most commonly found to cause tumours in plants.
The madness of King George
The British King, George III, suffered major bouts of mental derangement, for which he had to be restrained in a straitjacket or tied to a chair.
Scientists thought they knew the cause of these ravings: a genetic defect called porphyria. But in 2005 researchers examining a sample of King George’s hair made a surprise discovery: high concentrations of arsenic.
The researchers believe that the medicine given to the King was contaminated with arsenic – making his predisposition to porphyria far worse.
Putrid finger
A 1996 issue of the medical journal The Lancet carried a distressing case study. A 29-year-old man had pricked his finger on a chicken bone 5 years previously, leaving him with an infection which made him smell terrible.
“The most disabling consequence of the infection was a putrid smell emanating from the affected arm, which could be detected across a large room, and when confined to a smaller examination room became almost intolerable,” the paper states.
The cause of the infection couldn’t be identified, and it didn’t respond to antibiotics, so the paper’s authors issued a plea: “We ask assistance from colleagues who may have encountered a similar case or for suggestions to relieve this patient’s odour even if the organism cannot be eradicated.”
So what happened to this poor man? Does he still smell putrid after all these years? I contacted the dermatologist who treated him to find out.
Peter Holt of the University Hospital of Wales reported that the patient’s infection cleared up spontaneously, and he no longer smells putrid. But the cause remains a mystery.
Tree man
With hands and feet resembling branches, Dede, a man from West Java, Indonesia, appears to be half tree, half man.
But what is the cause of this deformation? Thankfully for Dede, this mystery may recently have been solved.
The culprit appears to be a rare immune deficiency, which allows the human papilloma virus – better known as the cause of warts – to rampage out of control.

What do you think the next research hypothesis of underlying biological cause should be for the described cohort of children ages 6 months - 17 years?
Question
  • Jul 2013
This cohort suffers from a variety of symptoms, including delayed or non-typical behaviors, problems with learning and cognitive processing, poor social skills, and/or psychological development? Gastrointestinal problems are also common among this population. How would you test your hypothesis? What clinical tests would you run? Would you be concerned about an infectious agent as an underlying cause? How would you approach a differential diagnosis?

List of "Medical and Clinical Findings from Controlled Studies".
My Goal: Seeking an infusion of out-of-the-box thinking, brainstorming, and fresh ideas from scientists across disciplines to help uncover the biological basis for a common childhood disorder. To foster this process, diagnostic references have been omitted.
