What is the main difference between concentration assessment and exposure assessment in risk assessment process?

Recently, I am working on assessment literacy, particularly on teachers' level of assessment literacy. I badly need framework that can be used to examine teachers' level of assessment literacy

Dear all,

To assess the acrylamide intake for each participant, I multiplied the food items consumed by the level of acrylamide within these food items. I am hesitating between to way to calculate acrylamide intake from a food sub-group (for example the biscuits):

1) To sum acrylamide intake per participant and per food group and then to do a mean based on these sums from the same food group studied.

or

2) To do a direct mean based on acrylamide intakes for each food items from the same food categorie studied, which will result in a lower estimation.

I joined an example of these two calculations in attached file because I am not sure that these explanations are clear...

How can I use these quotients in arsenic exposure assessment through drinking water?

This platform changed (for worse...) interest groups into "topics" that now are hardly visible. Our topic is somehow old and have now 2518 followers. But it is very difficult to make changes, except to discuss around questions...

I thought that we might try another feature that is easily available, that is the "Project". I have started one under the same title (Technology Assessment), and we could also organise sub-projects as "benches".

I don't know if you find this idea acceptable, but would work sometime on it if I could get feedback from you...
