根据“新工科”应用型人才培养目标要求,为落实“中国制造 2025”国家战略,开展基于“协同育人”平台开展高等学校的实践教学的立体式校企合作与校际合作,兼顾校本位教学实际改善与学生毕业后职业适应度提高,注重实践环节社会主义核心价值观认同度提高教育,利用该教学改革应用的成果,是培养提供工程与管理知识兼备的复合型应用技术优秀人才的有效路径。
将 VR 技术在现代高等学校实践教学与高职类实训环节的应用是现代教育手段的创新。为了提高实践效果,达到虚拟的环境中进行工业设计与产品制造的熟练模拟的目的,建立以 VR 技术为基础的实践教学指导的方式,将有效解决各高校机械制造相关专业的实践教学缺少实操平台的问题,利用操作数控机床,日常设备维护、机电产品制造、机械装备运行控制等各类机械设备的虚拟样机的教学实践方法,可以更安全、有效地提升学生们理论联系实践的动手能力,满足机械设计制造企业对于高质量人才的需求。
