A large body of empirical evidence has documented the effectiveness of problem behavior interventions on preventing or reducing problem behavior displayed by learners with ASD and on increasing socially appropriate behaviors (e.g., Cook et al., 2012;Gregori et al., 2020;Rispoli et al., 2013;Watkins et al., 2019).
