A 56-year-old man after previous coronary artery bypass grafting was found to have right coronary artery aneurysms. Computed tomography (CT) showed two coronary artery aneurysms at the right coronary artery (#3). One year later, follow-up coronary CT demonstrated that the aneurysms were additionally increasing in size. He underwent coronary artery aneurysmectomy and aortocoronary bypass grafting of the right coronary artery using the saphenous vein graft. There were no complications and the postoperative course was uneventful. The pathological findings were consistent with those of arteriosclerosis.
