This-inquiry teaching helps students to solve practical problems. It is meaningful to improve students' innovative thinking capacity. Based on inquiry-teaching theories, the article takes a full consideration of demands in university software course teaching. M-O-P-I-A is proposed as a five-step inquiry teaching mode. It is a teaching and learning process of “Model-Operate-Problem-Inquiry-Assessment”. Details of “M-O-P-I-A” characteristics and operational procedures are illustrated in the article. Some theories are presented to support the “M-O-P-I-A” model in software course teaching.


Mode of information technology integrates with curriculum based on cognitive style

Cognitive style is the key element of Learner's characteristic. To focus on different cognitive styles of students effectively, which will help to stimulate the motivation and improve the effectiveness of integration with information technology and curriculum. This thesis is based on the Riding's theory of cognitive style, constructs integration model of information technology and curriculum, which concerns of cognitive style, and describes the advantages of the mode in practice which be tested for its effect. Conclusions show that the teaching concerns to different learning styles efficiently and improves the interest of different students in learning, but the research should be practiced and tested in further.

The competitiveness of enterprises is embodied in the competition of talents to a large extent. The foundation and development source of Enterprise is to have sufficient talents with innovative ability. Good corporate training, which is wide attention from the society, cultivates a large number of talents for enterprises. Firstly, the thesis analysis the common problems in the current corporate training and the advantage of MOODLE, which raises the enterprise training model based on MOODLE platform and aims to solve the general problem of enterprise training. Secondly, This thesis analysis the system design stage of MOODLE platform, constructs system structure on MOODLE platform and analysis the principles of application on the MOODLE training platform. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of MOODLE technology's application in enterprise training are summarized in total.
