The lithology of the Chang-6 formation in Zhangtai area, Eastern Ordos Basin, is mainly gray and grayish fine-grained feldspathic sandstones, in which there are interbeds of dark gray mudstone and gray-black shale. According to core observation, slice identification, particle-size analysis and physical property analysis, it is held that the Chang-6 sandstone reservoirs are mainly lacustrine delta deposits, in which two subfacies of delta plain and delta front are developed, and there are a variety of microfacies. The distribution of oil reservoirs is controlled mainly by sedimentary characteristics, and parts are also affected by other factors. The distributary channels of delta plains and the underwater distributary channels of the delta front are main oil-bearing sand-bodies.

The Chang-6 reservoir in Qilicun oilfield is a shallow reservoir with ultra-low permeability, low pressure and low yield. Conventional hydraulic fracturing can fracture 1 layer or 2 layers. The laminar reservoirs which contain several calcareous interbeds have low development degree because of bad vertical connectivity or no vertical connectivity. So the reservoirs have low yield and recovery factor. The multi-horizontal fracture fracturing of the laminar reservoir is effective way for enhancing their yield and recovery factor. The main factors of influencing the hydraulic jet fracturing effect of cluster wells in shallow reservoir are studied based on the hydraulic jet fracturing mechanism, and the technological measures for multi-horizontal fracture fracturing in shallow laminar reservoirs are proposed. The pilot test results show that, the hydraulic perforation-fracturing united technique can accurately determine the cracking location of horizontal fracture, which solves the uncertainty of the cracking location of horizontal fracture in the construction of wax-ball temporary plugging small-spacing multi-horizontal fracture fracturing technology. The pilot tests achieved good results.

... Previous studies have shown that changes in the sedimentary microfacies result in differences in the values of the reservoir non-homogeneity evaluation indicators [1][2][3] and cause vertical changes in the related non-homogeneity evaluation indicators [4][5][6]. Profoundly studying the sedimentary microfacies is significant for accurately predicting the distribution of the remaining oil and efficient mining production [7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]. Interlayer conflicts are often prominent in the vertical direction. ...
