As the key node of highway traffic in China, the super-large bridge is the most important infrastructure of the country. With the completion of large-scale infrastructure construction in China, the key work of super-large bridges has changed from construction to maintenance. The service life of the super-large bridge is long, and with the increase of the service life of the super-large bridge, the annual maintenance cost is also increasing. At present, with the rapid development of super-large bridges in China, the diseases of super-large bridges are also increasing, and the maintenance and management of super-large bridges have become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the highway bridge as the research object and, on the basis of mastering the actual needs of the maintenance management of highway bridges in China, puts forward the monitoring and maintenance of bridges based on BIM technology, solves the lack of maintenance information elements in traditional BIM technology, studies the establishment method of the maintenance information model, finally develops the basic data acquisition software of the BIM model, accurately locates the disease position of the highway bridge, realizes the three-dimensional visual information management system of bridge, and continuously improves the maintenance efficiency. The research results show that starting from the monitoring and maintenance information management of highway bridges, the BIM data management method of the highway bridge maintenance stage is put forward, which realizes the visual management of maintenance information of highway bridges. Based on the analysis of the hierarchical information model of bridges, the component coding system of a bridge facing the maintenance management stage is established, and the visual management of diseases of bridges is put forward. Using BIM technology to assist the evaluation method of super-large bridges, using relational database and VBA project manager, based on the theoretical algorithm and interface design, automatic maintenance decision-making suggestions are realized. BIM technology is proposed to assist maintenance inspection and evaluation decision-making, and automatic and visual maintenance management of super-large bridges is realized. The research results provide practical guiding significance for further realizing the maintenance management system of highway bridges based on BIM technology.

The current rapid development of modern network information technology, along with the arrival of this trend, has profoundly changed people’s living and learning methods. In the past, the management of book resources in the traditional period has gradually exposed many drawbacks, and it is difficult to meet the technological development of the information age. Combined with the complexity of book management parameters, high variable dimensions, and the characteristics of multiattribute data points including not only numerical attributes but also category attributes and mixed attributes, the fuzzy clustering algorithm is combined with attribute weighted optimization, and then, the optimization is derived. Iterative formula and form show a weighted clustering algorithm to perform cluster analysis on relevant influencing factors in book data management. Digital library is not a library entity: it corresponds to various real social activities of public information management and dissemination and is manifested in various new information resource organizations and information dissemination services. As a fuzzy association rule mining algorithm, FP-growth algorithm is obviously better than Apriori algorithm in execution efficiency. However, due to the lack of fuzzy attributes and the large space complexity, the FP-growth algorithm cannot achieve effective multilayer association rule mining when dealing with large transaction databases, such as library databases. First, the algorithm divides the large-scale book transaction database into several sub-databases according to the transaction of the first item and constructs the corresponding sub-FP-tree structure; then, the parent items that are not frequent items in the hierarchical tree are filtered out in real time to reduce the scanning space.

Processing of graphics is the intermediate stage of an animated film. The adequacy of the preproduction preparation often requires the creators to repeatedly discuss a series of issues such as the story of the script, the structure of the play, the style of the art design and the setting of the scenes, the shape of the characters, and the style of the music. The study of the process of 3D animation graphics enhancing effect optimization can effectively improve the visual effect of images. The optimization of the effect of authenticity of 3D animation graphics requires the optimization of lighting of animation graphics, and the optimization of texture processing of images by extending the shadow map method to complete the optimization of the effect of authenticity of animation graphics. Image enhancement is a very important branch in the field of digital processing of graphics. It is a method of making some transformations to the information or data of an image by some strategy to make the region of interest more prominent in the image while suppressing the secondary information that does not need to be enhanced, with the ultimate goal of making the image conform to the visual response characteristics. It is in this context that this paper proposes to build a process of graphics simulation platform to simulate and analyze the effect of process of 3D animation graphics enhancing. The experimental results show that the enhancement of graphics reduces the running time by 16.5 s and 14.3 s compared to the CDD and FMM algorithms, respectively, and that the MSE and PSNR are both improved, indicating that the enhancement of graphics effectively improves the restoration effect while running quickly. Therefore, it is confirmed that the process of 3D animation graphics enhancing effect has a good balance to obtain a more desirable animation in 3D enhancement effect.
