In order to improve the level of learning in students of basic education or primary level in schools of the Capital District of Bogotá, a knowledge management model was proposed that allows measuring and evaluating student learning through games, taking into account that, through play, children learn to forge bonds with others, and to share, negotiate and resolve conflicts, in addition to contributing to their capacity for self-affirmation and building leadership skills. In addition, a Web architecture was projected, which makes it easier to provide educators with technological tools to implement pedagogical strategies to improve learning. Within the scope of the architecture of the management Web platform, the projection of the applicability for students from grades 1 to 5 in a primary education institute was established, as a pilot test.The applied methodology was based on the bibliographic compilation on the subject, to understand the theoretical bases that support the importance of the game in the learning process and the knowledge that an infant must acquire according to its age; then a survey focused on different levels of training or courses was applied in order to analyze their results and project the continuity of the investigation.KeywordsVirtual classroomsgamelearningknowledgeknowledge managementmeasurement

Resumen: En los ultimos tiempos los paises en via de desarrollo han ido adoptando proyectos de emprendimiento, dado que son vistos como ayudas para solucionar varias de sus problematicas sociales, pero en su puesta en marcha estos carecen de informaci6n y / o apoyos, para esto se plante6 un modelo de negocios, se espera que este motive a los lectores aver oportunidades de desarrollo brindando informaci6n en terminos como ciencia, tecnologia e informaci6n, a partir de la gesti6n de la conocimiento en el sector FinTech para proyectar futuras investigaciones.

Today telework has become increasingly important after the boost that ICTs have given to society, since thanks to its implementation, a job can be carried out from anywhere without the need to be in the physical space in question. It should be noted that this way of working has been strengthened after the shaking that the planet has suffered with the appearance of Covid19, but it must be borne in mind that not all organizations have the appropriate infrastructure and organizational management for the development of telework, affecting to people not only in a social way but also in their physical and/or emotional health.A literary review about telework and knowledge management was carried out in this: search in the databases of Mendeley, ScienceDirect and ProQuest, as well as the use of the Google Scholar search engine. Following this, the main topics were selected for the adaptation of the knowledge management model in telework.The proposed model focuses on knowledge management for teleworking, taking into account the importance of human, technological and organizational resources.There is evidence of the need to develop a knowledge management model applied to Telework in order to minimize the direct and indirect implications generated by this type of work, as well as the commitment to teleworker learning so organizations are more productive.KeywordsTeleworkICTPhysical spaceTechnologicalHuman resources

Para gran parte de los estudiantes de educación media aprender estequiometría es complejo porque presentan deficiencias de lógica matemática y manejo de proporciones. Esta situación desmotiva al estudiante durante su proceso de aprendizaje lo que agudiza el problema de comprensión de dicha temática. Se una investigación que dará como resultado la implementación de un videojuego serio que motive el aprendizaje de los cálculos estequiométricos. El alcance del presente artículo es la presentación del estudio realizado para determinar los perfiles de los estudiantes en rol de jugadores, y las características que deberá tener del videojuego que se denominará Mol2All. Para lograrlo, se usó una investigación cuantitativa, con enfoque sintético y diseño cuasi experimental. Se concluye que el perfil del estudiante como jugador está acorde con la metodología de Richard Bartle, además, el estudio arroja que la población que será beneficiaria del videojuego es amplia, sin importar su estrato socioeconómico, su zona de residencia, su género o si la institución educativa es de carácter público o privado. También se determinó que se deberán emplear tecnologías livianas adaptables a todo tipo de dispositivo electrónico en la construcción de Mol2All.

This paper describes the development of a set of indicators to measure knowledge management in the process research mission to the University; which attempt to demonstrate continuous improvement. From the exploratory method is able to determine the theoretical foundations and case studies to have a view of the applicability of knowledge management in the evaluation of research in the University, with emphasis on establishing the state of maturity of this process. The target population was selected to evaluate the indicators and is composed by a group of active members of the academic community, including teachers, Researchers, students, members of seed research and administrative staff Who are Involved in the area of research. Obtained results describe the external and the internal facilitators, achieved by indicators and measurement as a basis for evaluating creating a model of knowledge management processes for storage, processing and transfer of knowledge in research at the university. Importantly, do not need a large investment in resources (technology, infrastructure, etc.), for the implementation of the indicators, due to the existence of established techniques in the research.
