... Validity of an instrument is the degree of how accurate an instrument measures a certain feature without interfering with other features (Doganay and Karip, 2006). In order to so how accurate an instrument measures a certain feature, either a sample previously known to what degree it is valid to measure this certain feature or another measurement tool that is known to be valid to measure the same feature should be available (Turgut, 1995).
