This research uses both qualitative and quantitative data obtained from interviewing experts and surveying 313 international and domestic visitors’ opinions as the main sources of input for analysis. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the quality of tourism services in Hue and to propose suggestions for improving the quality of tourism services in Hue. The model of Importance-Performace Analysis (IPA) is used to measure the gap between the level of importance and level of performance of the 13 destination attributes of Hue. The analysis results show that the quality of tourism services in Hue has not been appreciated. Factors such as recreational activities, festivals and events, souvenirs and local handicrafts, attitudes towards tourists, shopping service, accommodation service, tourist information, sightseeing tours in Hue... need to get further improvements in order to enhance the level of satisfaction and the willingness to return of tourists.
