Yosowilangun Village, located in Gresik Regency, is currently classified as an independent village, indicating the prosperity of its residents. However, there are still challenges in identifying and optimizing the village’s potential, particularly in recognizing its strengths and addressing weaknesses. Without a systematic approach to these issues, there is a risk of a decline in the village development index, potentially resulting in a downgrade of its status. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework offers a strategic pathway for achieving balanced and sustainable growth, with its core pillars emphasizing humanity, the environment, prosperity, peace, and partnerships. In collaboration with the officials of Yosowilangun Village, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya implemented a pilot project aimed at mapping and analyzing the village's potential. This project identified underutilized land, which has typically been used for cultural and artistic activities, as a valuable resource for local economic empowerment. By transforming this land into a venue for Small, and Medium Enterprise (SME) events, such as craft and culinary exhibitions, the village can create sustainable economic opportunities. The project also revealed that village officials allocate a significant portion of their financial resources to community empowerment programs. Their openness and willingness to collaborate facilitated constructive discussions, although their understanding of the SDGs framework remains limited. To bridge this gap, further data collection and analysis are required, focusing on key factors affecting land utilization based on SDGs principles. Moving forward, mentoring sessions aimed at formulating relevant policy recommendations and fostering stronger collaboration between the project team and village officials will be prioritized. These steps are essential to ensuring the success of the initiative and maintaining Yosowilangun's alignment with SDGs, while enhancing its development index.

The increasing use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in tourism marketing has transformed how destinations attract visitors through immersive experiences that impact tourists' intention to visit. However, gaps remain in understanding the specific factors influencing the adoption of these technologies in tourism. This study addresses these gaps by conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify key factors and implications of AR and VR in tourism marketing, with a focus on their impact on tourist decision-making. A systematic search of 1,500 articles from databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, SpringerLink, and Web of Science was conducted, with 50 articles selected based on journal quality and empirical relevance. The review reveals that Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variables, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and perceived control, are key determinants of tourists' intention to use AR and VR technologies. Extended TAM factors such as perceived immersion and interactivity also play a crucial role, particularly in fully immersive VR environments. The study differentiates between three VR simulation types (fully immersive, semi-immersive, and non-immersive) and identifies key AR factors like digital overlays, gamification, and personalization. The proposed conceptual model links these factors to tourist engagement and intention to visit. While the model provides a useful framework, further empirical validation is required.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enteprises (MSMEs) were known for their contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and work labor absorption. However, they often face a lack of strategic planning, limited funding, and strategy to meet market demands. This can be caused by a lack of marketing strategy formulation. This study aims to provide a descriptive overview of community service from university to empower MSMEs in marketing strategy analysis by conducting an international seminar. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method in empowering Audy Handmade. This MSMSe focuses on knit bag production. This study consists of three main activities which initiated by preliminary visit to gain insight into existing problems. The international seminar was also conducted as the next activity to solve their problem. This seminar aims to become a sharing session between the MSMEs and marketing experts to share their conditions and provide feedback from experts to MSMEs. Lastly, there is an evaluation stage to ensure the main goals of the event were achieved. The workshop results in two points that need to be a concern for Audy Handmade. First, they need to produce a bag that can be of unique value for them such as adding some unique element or their logo on the bag. Besides that, they need to reorganize their marketing strategy. They need to focus on some specific marketing segment to help them take a position in the market. A strong brand identity, effective marketing strategies, and attractive product packaging were believed to help improve their products' visibility, competitiveness, and sales in the market. Therefore, Audy Handmade needs to strengthen its brand image, especially its product uniqueness, and its position in certain market segments. This needs to be taken into consideration as a means of strengthening their position in the knit bag industry.

This paper is a descriptive presentation of the results of community service activities in Lamongan Village, East Java Province, Indonesia. This activity focuses on empowering women bag artisans who are there. In total, 30 bag confectionery women are members of the Forway brand MSME Bag employees. These women still need to be fostered with more incentives, especially in product marketing, because they are currently still using traditional marketing techniques, namely relying on subscribed wholesale buyers. The service team takes a sociopreneurship approach, namely entrepreneurship, whose primary goal is not for personal profit alone but for the benefit of the wider community. So, in their activities, these bag tailors are taught to market bag products through digital marketing such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, and whatsapp. With this activity, it is hoped that these bag-sewing women will not only be tailors but also be more empowered to become product marketers. In addition, the SMEs that host it are expected to get a significant increase in profit from this training activity. Case Study Sari et al.; S. Asian J.
