Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan guru SD dalam mengintegrasikan nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P3) dan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis P3 dan TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan tiga kegiatan utama: lokakarya internalisasi nilai P3 dalam pembelajaran matematika, pelatihan pengembangan pembelajaran matematika berorientasi P3, dan pelatihan TPACK. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 30 guru SD di Gugus III Kecamatan Padang Timur, Kota Padang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta memperoleh skor di atas 75,00, yang menandakan pencapaian indikator keberhasilan. Guru mampu menyusun dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran matematika yang berbasis nilai Pancasila dan teknologi, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung perkembangan holistik siswa. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai Pancasila dan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan dapat menjadi model bagi program pelatihan serupa di wilayah lain. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar.

The learning process is a communication process and takes place in a system between interactive media and learning tools. This research was carried out with a 4-D approach.The products developed were validated by experts and then tested on grade IV elementary school students. Of the four validators who had conducted the assessment, an average of 86% was obtained with a very valid category. There are nine aspects assessed, namely aspects of accuracy, completeness, interest, providing learning opportunities, providing assistance for learning, motivational quality, learning flexibility, social quality of instructional interactions, can have an impact on students, and can have an impact on teachers and their learning. The results of the practicality test by grade IV teachers of SD IT Nurul Ikhlas, SD Islam Al-Azhar 32, and SD IT Buah Hati showed that the interactive media based on RME that had been developed obtained very practical results with a practicality percentage of 92%. The results of the practicality test by grade IV students of SD IT Nurul Ikhlas, SD Islam Al-Azhar 32, and SD IT Buah Hati showed that the interactive media based on RME in mathematics learning that had been developed had a practicality percentage of 91% and was included in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness test by grade IV students of SD IT Nurul Ikhlas, SD Islam Al-Azhar 32, and SD IT Buah Hati showed that the interactive media based on RME that had been developed was effective in use with an average value of 0.74 with an effective category using the N-gain percentage. Pemahaman konsep matematis belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari konsep matematika. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran terintegrasi etnomatematika permainan tradisional. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp dengan tiga tahap. Subjek dalam peineilitian peingeimbangan ini meilipuiti validator instruimein; validator ahli (2 ahli mateiri, 1 ahli bahasa, dan 1 ahli buidaya); guru sebagai ahli praktisi; peiseirta didik keilas III di tiga seikolah dasar. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, anget dan tes. Instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu lembar kuesiner dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu pertama, hasil validasi dari para ahli dengan kategori sangat valid. Kedua, hasil praktikalitas peserta didik dengan kategori sangat praktis. Ketiga, hasil praktikalitas guru dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil uji-t menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh LKPD terintegrasi etnomatematika pada materi operasi hitung bilangan cacah terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis pada peserta didik kelas III SD. Disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran terintegrasi etnomatematika pada materi operasional hitung bilangan cacah sangat valid dan sangat praktis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik kelas III sekolah dasar. This research is motivated by observations that show the lack of additional teaching materials in schools that facilitate students in communicating mathematical ideas (symbols, pictures, and graphs) as well as concepts related to fractions by presenting the surrounding environment as a source of learning. This study aims to reveal the validity level of mathematics e-modules on fractional material based on the RME approach developed. The type of research used is research and development, and the research model used is the ADDIE model, namely the analysis stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The validity sheet is the instrument used in this study. Researchers analyzed validation sheets with a scale of 5 (five) to determine the quality of the e-modules developed. The results of material expert validation got a score of 0.9 with a very valid category; media expert validation got a score of 0.89 with a very valid category; and linguist validation got a score of 0.9 with a very valid category. So, the mathematics e-module on fractional material based on the RME approach is valid and feasible to use as a mathematics module, especially fractional material, because it has met the assessment criteria.
