The purpose of this study was to evaluate the intercultural sensitivity in a sample (N = 43) university professors, business management careers area. Attitude scale (Chen & Starosta, 2000) was used in the methodology, which contains 24 items. The results indicate that faculty has high intercultural sensitivity. However, students have an average intercultural sensitivity. The explanation lies in the greater intercultural experiences of teachers, for example 25% have work experience abroad. On the other hand, affects some of them are foreign nationals.
