This study investigates the influence of strategic intelligence on decision quality within Jordan's retail sector. Through experimental analysis and surveys conducted with 288 retail managers across Jordan, the study explores the impact of strategic information acquisition, analysis, and utilization on decision-making processes and outcomes. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis reveals a positive correlation between strategic intelligence and decision quality. Cybersecurity is a critical area in modern business and technology landscapes, heightened by the increasing risks associated with digital operations. Despite advancements in technologies like machine learning to bolster security measures, organizations continue to face challenges in effectively integrating and managing these technologies to safeguard against cyber threats. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric review of cybersecurity. Employing bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer v.1.6.20 software and the Web of Science (WoS) database. The implications of this research are substantial for both academic and practical applications in cybersecurity. Academically, the findings can direct future research by highlighting underexplored areas and emerging trends. Practically, the insights gained can help organizations develop more effective cybersecurity strategies by understanding the risks, solutions, and technological advancements discussed in scholarly literature.

Strategies for Successful Digital Transformation in the Jordanian Banking Sector: Leveraging FinTech for Enhanced Customer Engagement

This study looks at how FinTech impacts consumer engagement in Jordan’s banking industry. The study’s goal is to explore how the adoption of financial technology products and services impacts customer behaviors, preferences, and satisfaction, with an emphasis on developing methods for traditional banks to improve customer engagement in reaction to these changes. A quantitative method is used, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships between FinTech adoption and customer engagement using 388 customers’ views from Jordanian commercial banks. The study indicated that FinTech has a positive influence on consumer engagement, with the integration of new technology expected to result in enhanced customer experiences and higher satisfaction. Based on the findings, recommendations could be made for Jordan’s traditional banks to improve their customer engagement methods in light of FinTech innovations. The study extends to the current literature by offering empirical information on FinTech’s role in customer engagement in the context of Jordan’s banking industry.

This study assesses the impact of digital human resources management (HRM) on the sustainability of private universities in Jordan. Using a quantitative approach, standardized questionnaires were administered to 238 faculty members from various private universities in Jordan. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data and explore the relationship between digital HRM practices and sustainability. Findings reveal a significant positive influence of digital HRM on the sustainability of private universities, particularly through practices like digital recruiting, training, evaluation, and compensation. The study recommends that private universities in Jordan modernize their digital HR capabilities through policy reforms, employee training, and the adoption of advanced HR software solutions to maximize benefits. By offering empirical evidence, this research contributes to understanding the importance of digital HRM in supporting sustainability in Jordan’s higher education sector, providing actionable insights for university administrators and policymakers.
