This article aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of Compliance on the prevention of corporate crimes in Equilibra Perú S.A., Lima. Methodologically, the article was oriented towards the quantitative approach, the design was applied, not experimental; the descriptive level and a sample of 52 workers was considered. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire based on the Likert scale. To determine the validity and reliability of the instrument, Crombach's alpha coefficient was used. The results are aimed at promptly reporting any suspicion of non-compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and meeting the requirements of authorities in the fulfillment of their powers. It is concluded that compliance in the company Equilibra Perú S.A. is optimal, because it complies with the guidelines indicated by the law, but it would be pending to have a compliance program to strengthen the risk of crimes, which would motivate having an efficient system.
