... Rwanda, like many other countries, has developed initiatives that target the integration of information communication technology into the education sector. Twagilimana and Mannikko-Barbutiu (2017) recognised the efforts of African countries while using Rwanda as a reference point in the importation of ICT and the development of policy documents that seek to improve educational productivity and national development.
