Three-dimensional (3D) printing is becoming a promising tool for drug delivery, tissue modeling, fabrication, and regeneration. This chapter discusses the most recent advances and the state-of-the-art applications of 3D printing and bioprinting, including the use of models, scaffolds, biopapers, and bioinks, in nanoneurosciences and neuroscience in general. In particular, the use of nanomaterials in bioprinting and related technical concerns is also covered. Besides, the chapter describes the widespread clinical use of 3D printing at the macro-scale, significantly improving education and surgical planning in recent years. In this case, 3D printing offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized medicine and 3D visualization in real life, helping patients and healthcare providers better understand the pathology and possible approaches for its management. Finally, the endpoint of this chapter describes the future perspectives of using 3D and four-dimension printing technologies in neuroscience.
