The object of the study is the process of assessing the effectiveness of technical systems’ computer dynamic simulators. The subject of the study is methods for assessing the effectiveness of dynamic simulators taking into account the criteria of economic efficiency of training of those who study. The assessment of the effectiveness of technical systems’ simulators is associated with the audit of the skills of making correct management decisions in the conditions of a complex information environment. The advantage of this study is to assess the effectiveness of technical systems’ computer dynamic simulators that use artificial intelligence to improve training in the necessary skills in a short time, taking into account the economic component. The essence of the method is to use the proposed criteria to adequately assess the effectiveness of simulator training. The method allows to compare simulators with each other and justify ways of their development and improvement. A feature of the developed method is the proposed procedure for building and studying a simulation model that reproduces the real processes of the functioning of a technical system in a simulator. A simulation model of a real technical system through the use of the artificial intelligence function allows to improve the realism of the simulator and reduce the training time by up to 30 %. This is explained by the fact that the use of simulators with artificial intelligence will allow to more realistically simulate the processes of the functioning of a real technical system. The proposed method allows to substantiate the potential possibilities of using the simulator system in the process of practical training. The results of the study allow to evaluate the simulators to improve the quality of practical training of operators and to substantiate the directions of development and modernization of simulators

For the modern stage of science and technology development, the problem of information protection from unauthorized access is becoming relevant. The object of research is the process of monitoring information protection objects for timely detection and securing of leakage channels. The subject of research is ensuring automatic control of monitoring means for information protection objects. The article presents the results of the development of a method for automatic control of information protection object monitoring means by improving the control process, taking into account the peculiarities of the potential threats impact. The advantage of this study is the involvement of artificial intelligence in monitoring information protection objects in order to timely detect new threats to leakage channels. The essence of the method is to use a cybernetic approach to the development of adaptive control systems for monitoring information protection objects. The structure of the modeling method is considered, the procedure for assessing the adequacy and accuracy of determining the parameters of monitoring information protection objects. Proposals for implementing a method for controlling information protection object monitoring means based on associative control devices are substantiated. Schemes for implementing an associative control device for determining the parameters of an information protection object are presented, and the results of the practical implementation of the proposed method are also presented. A feature of the study are the developed associative control devices that provide the accumulation of knowledge in the process of learning about the threats of information leakage to the object of protection. The results of the study allow to improve the quality of detecting threats of information leakage to the object of protection and take into account possible changes in the characteristics of promising information leakage channels

The researcher developed a method for determining the location of social network agents in the interest of conducting an information operation based on a comprehensive approach to data analysis of the information system. The relevance of the method is determined by the need to specify the enemy's target audience in the area of the information operation. Results. The author proposed a complex method for determining the location of social network agents, which is based on the combination of data from the analysis of the social connections of the specified agent, geotags and the time of registration of his friends in the social network, databases of IP addresses and geolocations of social network agents. The advantage of the developed method is the possibility of its application without direct access to the devices of agents of the social network that use the data of global positioning satellite systems. Conclusion. The application of the proposed complex method of determining the location of agents of social networks makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of information operations due to a more accurate definition of the enemy's target audience in the area of operations. The direction of improvement of the developed method can be its integration with complex information systems of psychological influence, as well as the use of machine learning methods and algorithms.

In the process of transmission channels functioning, the results of the work of bodies for detecting and blocking information leakage channels are not sufficiently taken into account. Management of information protection channels is actually the collection and display of data followed by the assignment of influence on each information channel separately and is carried out in manual mode. In decision support systems, the tasks of identifying information leakage channels are not solved. There is a contradiction between the requirements for the automation of the management of information protection channels and the possibility of meeting these requirements at the expense of the available automation tools. Classical theory considers the decision-making process as a choice of one of many alternatives. The development of rational forms and methods of managing information protection channels should prevent threats and challenges. Therefore, the object of research is the process of ensuring security during data transmission through information channels. The main threats and challenges are man-made and natural cataclysms, terrorism, aggression by a number of states or individual groups of people, which are not taken into account in the complex in the decision-making system during the management of information protection channels. A structural diagram of information exchange based on the description of a weakly formalized process under conditions of non-stochastic uncertainty is proposed. It is proposed to use the logical-linguistic production model. For a hierarchically organized structure based on classification features, it is proposed to build a hierarchy tree that takes into account the relationships of partially ordered sets. The formed production rules for determining appropriate strategies for the planned detection of information leakage channels based on predicted values allow to proceed to knowledge processing for the synthesis of an automated decision-making system during the management of protection channels

The object of the study is to evaluate the quality of the frequency distribution of aircraft, which characterizes the effectiveness of radar surveillance of aircraft and determines the effectiveness of their control using radio signals. The frequency resolution of an aircraft is usually studied using the frequency ambiguity function for a coherent packet of radio pulses. However, there is a problem of estimating phase fluctuations, which is caused by the heterogeneity of the propagation of radio pulses, which affects the functioning of radar stations under different atmospheric conditions. A feature of the study is the development of theoretical provisions for the process of detection and radio control of single aircraft under the organized action of swarms. A normalized frequency ambiguity function is obtained, which takes into account the transformations caused by the radial motion of the aircraft. The calculations made it possible to estimate the range of changes in the frequency distribution under the condition of the additive effect of the internal noise of the radar receiver and the multiplicative effect of the cartelized phase fluctuations of the control radio signal. The statistical characteristics of phase fluctuations of radio pulses were obtained, under which their influence on the operation of radio technical control and radar systems is the most significant. Such statistical characteristics are important for the theory of radar location and of practical importance for the improvement of radio control of objects. Method is proposed for numerical evaluation of the influence of atmospheric disturbances on the frequency distribution function of aircraft during flight. This method is a convenient tool for analyzing the quality of the frequency distribution of a radar station in various conditions of radar surveillance of single aircraft in their organized swarm action.
