My article explores the use of simulation software in surgical education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the limitations of traditional teaching methods and the pandemic situation, online learning systems have become necessary. Simulation software provides a practical learning experience that cannot be done directly in a hospital or face-to-face setting. Our results showed that using simulation software increased students' academic achievement, with the intervention group scoring higher than the control group.
